Air conditioning did not work upon arrival. After installing 2 different units we finally got in our room after 10:00 pm. The manager was rude and unapologetic about the whole thing. I will not stay at this HI Express again.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express BWI checking in on Thursday May 9 and checking out on May 10th. At approximately 9pm I attempted to call the front desk for a wake up call for the following morning. There was a problem with the phone and I couldn't hear the Desk Manager or they hear me. I attempted to call again a couple more times only to have the same problem with the phone. I gave up and set the alarm on my phone and proceeded to get ready for bed. In a few moments there was a knock on my door and after verifying it was a hotel employee they asked me if I was ok as they couldn't reach me on the phone. I assured them I was and they brought in a new phone. This kind of concern and Customer Service is rare today. There may have really been a problem and to know that someone cares says a lot. I want to say thanks for helping and whomever was the Manager on Duty I want to thank for his/her concern. A job well done. Sincerely

Great close-to-airport location with 24 hour restaurant steps away. Very clean, ample parking, friendly personnel. I would definitely stay here again. Too bad we could only stay one night.

I would have rated our stay a "5" but for the week-end service. The service and attention we received during the week was obviously better than the service over the week-end. In fact, we were disappointed by the willingness of the staff to accomodate us on the week-end based on the excellent service we received on the week-days.

If you are doing the Stay Park Fly package, be prepared to wait 45 minutes at the airport to be picked up, We had to call twice before they picked us up when they indicated someone would be there in 10-15 minutes. This has happened 2 times in a row. Although the accommodations are adequate, we will not be staying here on our next trip out of BWI.

Very clean hotel the staff was very friendly and was very quick to take care of any special needs we had. Had to get a roll away bed for 2nd nights stay (due to a leaking air mattress we brought along for our daughter that had an encounter with a cat, unknown to us) staff had the roll away in our room in less than 10 minutes. Hotel is close to the mall and lots of choices in dining. Denny's is in the same parking lot, very quiet place , enjoyed our stay. Loved the ice water with fresh fruit in it for guest's to enjoy located by the check in desk. Will stay there again. Good location easy access to the highway to DC and Baltimore.

Made a quick trip to Baltimore to go to theater. Room was pretty comfortable; however, we got in close to midnight and wanted to hit the sack. We quickly plugged our phones into the lamp to charge and got into bed, only to realize in the morning that the outlet did not work and our phones were now dead. Would be nice if hotel staff checked to make sure that the light works when cleaning the room. Also in the morning there were no cinnamon rolls ready when we got to breakfast; asked the lady if she had any ready and when she brought them out they were warm - not hot. But otherwise a nice stay. Not real close to airport if that is your true purpose - we basically used it just to sleep and to drop my son off at the MARC station.

After struggling with a stopped up toilet after I got there, the experience and staff was very good. I can't say enough about the comfortable bed and nice room. I stay in the suite and it was nice and not costly. They have a small get tother for guest in the lobby on Thursday evening, but I wish it was nightly. Hotel is close to mall, casino and Dennys is attached at the hip literally. The negative is that it's a small but busy hotel. Almost seem as though you are processing cattle at check-in. I have stayed at higher quality hotels, but this staff is first class and above any that I have met.

We love to stay At the Holiday Inn Express when we travel to BWI airport. The staff is wonderful and the comfort of our room as well. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Was not a good night....in that the people next door were loud and stayed up all night! We called the desk three times and I went next door and knocked on the door and told the man we could not sleep. It was after 4:00 a.m. before it got quiet. Noise levels were very loud.......

You have a good atmosphere in your hotel. Front desk clerk was a little overwhelmed maybe because of understaffing when I arrived. Electricity was out for about an hour but I won't hold that against you. You've had the same password for the hotel Internet for the better part of a decade. Is this necessary? I noticed a guest needed a high chair and there was only one on the premesis which was already being used. I like the "wheel" I get to spin for being a Priority Club Member.
The room did have a bit of a different odor which may have been cigarette smoke. Seemed to disappear as the trip went on.

The front desk personnel were too bored to recognize I was a priority club member and were also almost upset that I had interrupted their conversation to check in. Bored almost to the point of being rude, Also there was a party on the fourth floor and alot of noise and running and yelling and it lasted most of the night. It kept us up most of the night

Arrived early and was able to get into my room early which allowed me to drop my bags. Had numerous changes in my schedule which were easily handled by the staff. Great room which allowed for much needed rest and relaxation.

Appreciate the spin the wheel for the free gift although I only won a beverage . Great idea! That actually impressed me alot and put your hotel in the number 1 choice for me. I frequent many of the Holiday Inn's in the area, you are now my first choice.

I am becoming disenchanted with the lack of attention and blatant ignoring of the customer at the front desk.
Either the employee is in the back and it takes time for them to see me at the counter or worse yet, two employees are at the front desk involved in a conversation together. When this occurs I might as well have a seat and wait to be called, because the priority is not the customer, the priority is to conclude the conversation. It seems like the customer is the problem, interrupting the social conversation the two employees are having.
This location is the worst for this. This location employs people who have little to no training on customer service. If they are trained, they are doing a poor job of executing the skills by ignoring the guests.
With so many other hotels in the area, it is easy to opt for one that makes customers a priority.

The hotel's park and fly program lets us start our vacation relaxed and stress free.The room is comfortable and spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is quick and efficient-both to and from the airport.

This hotel met my expectation for a Holiday Inn Express, and I mean that in a good way. Comfortable bed & bedding, good shower, spacios room, complimentary breakfast and nice workout room. This is my goto hotel near the Baltimore airport.

I love their cinnamon rolls, but we had to be at the airport soon after 0630, so we missed the Sunday morning breakfast. I wish I would have checked on the flight first, as it was delayed... :( Next time, cinnamon rolls...
No bad choices for breakfast, but maybe start breakfast a little earlier...?
