Comfortable rooms, free wi-fi, and a great complimentary breakfast in the mornings. If I had extra time I would of taken advantage of their fitness room, which looked well taken care of and had plenty of equipment. June 2, 2014

This time around, not recognized as a Platinum member and more importantly, just didn't feel very comfortable. Thank goodness I'm not a real breakfast fan because the choices and quality were no where close to some of your competitors. I will still stop by though. May 25, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Reservation was Cancelled, But Got Excellent Service from General Manager. Stayed at this hotel because I was bumped from another IHG Candlewood suite hotel, due to "technical glitch" in the reservation system. After traveling 4 hours from Ohio, I was not in a mood to complain, just wanted to sleep. I was quoted twice as much for this one night stay at Holiday Inn Express, but luckily I decided to call customer service.I decided to call because darn it, I am a loyal CLUB member and have always stayed at IHG group of properties while on my monthly business trips. I was happy to be informed that as per company policy, if my reservation was cancelled because of no fault of mine, then the company is obliged to pay for the first night stay as a form of compensation at a similar rated property. This I did not know. I was happy to see an email in my mail box the following morning from the General Manager(S.L) of Candlewood, who apologized for the error, and explained that her team did not handled the reservation correctly and for that she was sorry. She assured me that they would take care of all room and tax charges. True to her words, I received in my email copies of statement after check out, where the payment made on my credit card was reversed and proof of payment made by her company. This is the type of service I have become accustomed to and expect and it's why I will always stay at the IHG Hotels when I travel. The stay at the Holiday Inn Express at the Baltimore Airport was great, Room was excellent. the only negative would be the staff knowledge, they had no ides of the relationship that exist between Candlewood Suites and Holiday Inn Express through the IHG group. More training in this area is required. Overall they made and effort to be courteous and pleasant. NB, I am still waiting on my points because, I love my IHG points. :) May 25, 2014

I was very pleased with the accommodations and the warmness of the hotel personnel that I came in contact with. However, this one stands out as one of the best. The staff was helpful (I reserved the wrong days), the rooms clean, and breakfast included fresh fruit and good coffee. May 6, 2014

I was surprised that they only have the manager's reception listed as on Wednesdays. I always enjoy that and try to stay at locations where I can get a drink and relax. May 4, 2014

Many times simple things like this are overlooked by the hotel staff but to the traveler it sets the tone having a nice cool drink available. The other great thing about these drinks is that there was no charge. Again this sets the tone to the traveler as it relays the message that the hotel isn't merely concerned about making money, rather they're concerned about the guests. I will without doubt stay here again!! April 28, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Front Desk Staff When I checked in I was met by a staff that was interested in doing everything else but take care of me. The staff did not recognize my IHG Platinum status which has not happened at an IHG property in years. I then went to the room and the keys did not work so I went down to get the keys fixed. Before I could get the words out of my mouth, they blamed me for braking the keys. The issue happened two more times and the front desk staff made kept saying that it was my fault and not theirs. I found the customer service awful from these employees. The elevators are really slow which causes a long wait especially if you are on a high floor. I will be staying at another property when I have to stay by BWI airport in the future as a I did not have a good experience there. You have to treat your loyal guest better. April 16, 2014

Loved having the shuttle to check out the Maryland live Casino, Bobby Flay's Burger Palace, Dave & Busters(bowling/game machines) located in the Arundel Mills Mall. Shuttle driver was very informative, offering great tips about the mall area, casino, etc! Always makes the stay better when you find a place where the employees seem happy & comfortable also at the place they are working! April 1, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient to Airport and Mall I was welcomed as a Rewards member upon arrival. The staff was quite helpful. Proximity to the Airport and the local mall makes for easy access for dinner and the trip to the airport. Unfortunately the complimentary breakfast does not work out for those early AM flights, but with the adjacent 24-hour restaurant that is not so much of a problem when leaving early. I will stay here again on my next visit to Baltimore. March 18, 2014
