Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Roaches in Room Check in staff was great. Check out staff was condescending and seemed unconcerned. Did not realize when we booked the room or when we checked in that there was a train track directly behind the hotel. We did not get a good night's sleep due to the trains. When mentioned to the check out person, he referred us to the sign which we did not see at check in. While the room seemed clean, in the middle of the night, my husband killed two roaches in the bathroom. We were at the hotel on 1/19. At breakfast, all of the yogurt containers had an expiration date of 1/11. I approached the attendant and requested fresh yogurt. She was not friendly and I had the feeling she was annoyed. She brought out several containers but the expiration date was 1/18. There was one hard boiled egg and it was frozen solid. The attendant brought more out, but again, seemed annoyed. There was an empty container of cinnamon buns. Again, we asked if there were more and the attendant brought out cold, stale buns. The hot items on the bar were cold. The attendant was more interested in going out to smoke with the front desk clerk than in taking care of the food bar. I told the front desk clerk about the these complaints and his response was "did you tell the food bar attendant?" The whole experience was POOR at best. February 3, 2015
