Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Quality was not up to Holiday Inn standards. We stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites any time we travel. We were not comfortable wour recent stay. There was no carpeting in the room except for an area rug near one side of the bed and it was cool outside and my feet were cold. There was no seal around the door to the hallway the light came through and the noise from other guests was extremely loud. The bathroom was too small, the door had to be kept closed in order to stand at the mirror. If you only needed the bathroom light you had to have the noise of the fan since they were on the same switch. We would not stay here again. July 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by amazing... I rented this room for my brother and his new wife for somewhere to go after the reception. I came in and checked the room for clean ness and it was great. The dressers drewer were clean the edges of the pictures were wiped the tub drain was clog free. Ut smelled cleaned and it was also vacuumed and edged. He stayed on a Saturday night so the housekeeper that day is very good at his or her job. I only wish all housekeepers are as good as her. Thank u again for giving my brother and his new wife an amazing stay at ur hotel. the front desk clerk Tom was also very helpful and nice. July 23, 2014

Well we get into our room and although it was clean, the air conditioner rattled all night . the hotel attendant said that they were booked so we couldn't change our room. And as I went downstairs in the morning the guy at the front desk was sleeping and I told him we didn't sleep well because of the rattling air conditioner and he just wrote up a slip to get it fixed and went on with business as usual. So I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be staying here again !! July 17, 2014

The rooms were updated from our last stay there and were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator and microwave in each room, which was not advertised on the website. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, new updates. Every staff member we encountered (front desk, breakfast hostesses, housekeeping staff) were friendly & seemed interested in our stay. The breakfast area was well-stocked & food replenished quickly. Tables were quickly wiped down between guests. The bed & linens were comfortable. The hotel has made some recent upgrades, which were nice. Our biggest complaint was noise. Our room was located on the back side of the hotel, nearest the road & railroad tracks. Road noise was not bothersome, but the train horns could be heard at various times of the day/night. Also, noise between the rooms & in the hallway was noticeable. We had a room with an adjoining door. We could hear our next door guest's TV & conversation fairly easily. The same for the hallway noise & guests were not being extremely rude or loud. In looking at both doors, you can see light around the doors & their frames. The doors did not fit the frame properly & looked old & worn. I don't think new doors were in the remodeling plans, but would be helpful to cut down on noise. July 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by “A good nights stay” Our check in experience was perfect; the lady was very professional and pleasant. The room was excellent as it was a two room suite. Our Grandson really enjoyed sleeping in the sofa bed and having his own TV to watch as he went to sleep. The room was very clean and well decorated. The negative regarding the room was the bathroom was very small but clean. The suite was exceptionally nice but somehow they forgot about the bathroom. Also I want to comment on the air conditioner for the room. Instead of having a thermostat controlling the room it had two independent A/C units, one at each window. We used the free breakfast in the morning, I would rate the breakfast slightly below par. They offered dried cereal, fruit, bread along with frozen eggs and turkey sausage. Too bad it did not offer a waffle maker or pastries. My Grandson LOVED the pool, very nice area. June 25, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Adjoining rooms have thin walls This hotel has been redone and the rooms are very nice with hard wood floors and new furniture. We enjoyed the breakfast, the pool and our room. The booking staff was excellent and even called us when a cancellation came up and arranged for us a room to have a room with 2 queen beds which was our preference. Very nice staff. The only downside was we were placed in a room that had adjoining capabilities and the door between the room was very thin and we could hear everything from the room next door. We have stayed here before and not had this experience so we're assuming it's just with the adjoining rooms. May 21, 2014

The man at the front desk (Tom) was very helpful and helped me into a room as soon as one became available. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally nice this time as the renovation made it very comfortable. The free breakfast is very nice and the staff keep it well stocked at all times. I appreciate them working with me. they also were very generous in crediting points to my account for the inconvenience. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay I was in the Pittsburgh area because my dad hospitalized and eventually died while I was there. The staff was great. From all the desk clerks who greeted us each time we came or went, especially Sean who helped me when I called to make the reservations, to Mary Beth who was so compassionate when I needed to change our length of stay, to housekeeping who was patient with our schedule and my husband -- I felt comfortable and cared for. The breakfast was good and hit the spot each morning. Thank you for such a good stay. February 24, 2014
