Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by very clean property, great staff, uncomfortable beds very well kept property, staff was very accommodating & friendly. it seems like the employees take alot of pride in the cleanliness of the property. Bed was uncomfortable/broken. maintenance man was very nice, but still had rough time sleeping. he said they need new mattresses...and I recall the front desk staff saying the mattresses were fairly new? would've requested to switch rooms, but they were completely sold out with railroad workers staying there. Lots of freight trains across the way. if you want quieter room, I suggest requesting one in the back of the building. I didn't get much sleep while there for a few days. made for a long, exhausting drive back to Chicago. November 18, 2014

This request was to made to be away from the train track on front side. check in was quick. check out was quicker with records on file. Afternoon clerk was friendly upon checkin. The lady at breakfast seems to always complain. I have stayed there before and she never seems happy. She complained about the dirt brought into breakfast area and people putting containers with liquid into trash this time. A person doesn't really want to start their day hearing the problems. After the first morning, I did not go to breakfast for that reason. October 22, 2014
