Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean but my air conditioner rattled all night Bed was very comfy and room was super clean. However, my air conditioner rattled and woke me up several times during the night. There was no clerk available for check-out and there was no bell to ring. I waited several minutes and then just left and called to check out. This is a nice hotel so I would recommend. I just ended up with the loud air conditioner and had a bad experience. April 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Harriman Holiday Inn Nice Clean property. Easy check in. Great location off of I-40. Don't expect any response to complaints about something in your room not working. You might get maid service on a Saturday then you might not. They never made it to my room. Do not upgrade to the suite it is not worth it. The room just has a few more chairs and a two person table. If you call the front desk about anything don't expect a anything to be done about it. April 23, 2015
