Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Property and Staff I am part of a Search and Rescue team that regularly travels to Harriman for important K-9 training. The Holiday Inn Express has always supported us by accommodating our certified service dogs and welcoming us with open arms. They provide us with rooms that give is easy access to side exits so that we can easily get our service dogs in and out. The rooms are always clean and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. We won't stay anywhere else. On behalf of the Ohio Search Dog Association, our most sincere thanks to Holiday Inn Express for their commitment to service K-9s. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reward This is a great Hotel. Great Breakfast. Great indoor pool. I guess becoming a Platinum Club member raises your expectations a little. There wasn't any advantage at this Hotel. That is not to say, this isn't a great Hotel and a good value, with the breakfast and pool. The lady that ran the breakfast area goes above and beyond. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean but my air conditioner rattled all night Bed was very comfy and room was super clean. However, my air conditioner rattled and woke me up several times during the night. There was no clerk available for check-out and there was no bell to ring. I waited several minutes and then just left and called to check out. This is a nice hotel so I would recommend. I just ended up with the loud air conditioner and had a bad experience. April 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Harriman Holiday Inn Nice Clean property. Easy check in. Great location off of I-40. Don't expect any response to complaints about something in your room not working. You might get maid service on a Saturday then you might not. They never made it to my room. Do not upgrade to the suite it is not worth it. The room just has a few more chairs and a two person table. If you call the front desk about anything don't expect a anything to be done about it. April 23, 2015
