Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Shocking rate increase!!! I've always enjoyed my stays at this Holiday Inn Express in the past, but was totally floored with the cost of the room this year. The price had doubled in the past year, not a way to treat returning members. When I questioned the lady behind the counter about the cost increase, she stated that Holiday Inn was under new management and with that prices went up. She also said the the Air National Guard that was staying at the hotel that weekend was in fact getting a cheaper rate than me, an they didn't fill all the rooms they'd reserved. I have investigated other local options and will be staying elsewhere in the future, always like this place with it's closeness to all the places I needed to be. Jeff May 20, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms need renovation. Staff friendly and efficient. Room and bathroom clean but need to be renovated. Lighting in bathroom too dark. Bathroom needs exhaust ventilation, everything steamy and hot after shower. Beds and pillows comfortable. May 12, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy room Prior to arriving, I asked for a quiet room. I got a room adjoining the elevator facing the busiest street. The A/C would kick in from time to time with a loud noise and then stay loud for as long as the A/C was on. May 8, 2015

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fresh with many sections. Would definitely stay here again! May 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service We traveled to the Harrisburg area for my daughter's archery competition. The hotel was close to the competition. My personal requirements of any given hotel is that it is "clean". This hotel met that expectation. It was clean, the staff was both friendly and helpful. We had family in 3 different rooms and all of the rooms were clean. The breakfast selection was very good. This hotel certainly met our expectations. If you are looking for a "bells and whistles" type of hotel then this is not the hotel for you. However if you are looking for a clean, safe, friendly, place to stay at a resonate price and with a very good free breakfast then I would highly recommend this hotel. May 6, 2015
