Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel was nice, Rate mess up was not This hotel was nice, the rooms were nice, bathrooms quite small. Always make sure you keep your emailed confirmation. We had 4 rooms for a horse show in the area. Upon arrival, the rates on the sheet were significantly higher. Others had checked in before I did by a day or two. I was told that they had signed saying the rate was fine. The others didn't know what it was supposed to be, after two days, they finally got our rates to be the same as I had on my email but it wasn't without me being incredibly uncomfortable and feeling like it was my fault. I finally asked the gal, "I have a confirmation with rates, I arrive and it's higher, why is this my fault?" This might have been a fluke that this happened but it wasn't a pleasant experience to get the rates corrected. October 15, 2014

The rooms are clean and well maintained and the beds, including the pillows, are very comfortable. I had absolutely no difficulty in this hotel and will stay here again. October 13, 2014

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly guest service attendant. She thanked me for being an IHG Rewards member. She explained to me the amenities available to me as an IHG rewards member. The room was clean and comfortable. The room setup was nice and the bed slept comfortably. October 13, 2014
