Very close to highway access and many dinner options close. The rooms are very clean and well kept, bathroom tubs are the only dated feel... or look to the roooms... March 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel This hotel is a typical HI Express. It is clean/comfortable. Nothing "special" about it, but stay here often for work and never have an issue. The only thing that I do not like about it is the lighting - the lighting in the bathroom is horrible but that is not a huge issue in my book. February 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Last time for this place We have stayed here for the past few years and this was the last time. The room was in poor condition with a repair between the beds that looked like a five year old did it. The bathroom had mold or dirt in the tile joints and the celling was a mess. The staff was about as inviting as a prison no hint of a smile or anything to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was just bad. We ate during the busiest time and the bread was stale and hard the egg omelets seemed like they had been sitting for hours. In closing we will not be returning after visiting for several years and would think twice before staying in a Holiday Inn Express ever again. February 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Accomodations and Service One Could Ask For! Wife and I stayed 10 days while taking care of estate matters regarding death of a family member. Also had a special needs dog that stayed in a carrier with us. Very attractive hotel in immaculate condition! Rooms were spotless and cleaned each day to perfection! The breakfast buffet was awesome and provided a selection of items greater than anyone could ask for. It was a full hot breakfast buffet! Everyone from the managers, to desk personnel, to cleaning staff were focused on their work and greeted everyone with a smile while being friendly and helpful! During the course of the stay the staff learned the reason for our stay and went out of their way to be supportive, caring, and thoughtful. No one could have done more to uplift our spirits and brighten our day as they did. Also during the course of our stay we learn peoples names which even added a more personal touch to the service and made our stay absolutely wonderful. The hotel provided all facilities one could ask for and even included an immaculate area to do laundry at no charge! No one could ask for more! In closing I want to extend my appreciation and gratitude to the following who worked so hard to provide service to the guests: the General Manager, Tiffany Alvarado, Brandy, Wendy (front desk, so generous with her time and went out of her way to help us on a daily basis), Sandra (who prepared the outstanding breakfasts we enjoyed each day, always speaking and smiling to customers no matter how busy she was which included bus loads of guests and at the same time keeping everything cleaned and filled!), Shanell (front desk who was always smiling, very helpful and kind to everyone), and Luzmaria (who greeted us in the hallway with a smile and cleaned our rooms to perfection, left everything immaculate and spotless). Thank you again for providing us with outstanding accommodation along with such caring and thoughtful service as we faced a loss in our family! Your kindness will always be remembered!
