This hotel is on our way home from the south. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great. I like to use a workout room and this hotel had one of three machines not working. The workout room was warmer than the hallways with no visible way of controlling the temperature. We are priority club member and didn't get any "token" ex. free water or a cookie. However, I still think it is a place I will still aim for on the way home. The staff have good suggestions for the nearby restaurants.

Very nice room and property!!! Very convenient for our travel plans. ONLY complaint, the "air' in the room seemed stuffy???? Temp was such no need for heat or ac so???? Other than that we RECOMMEND!!

We were there for a wrestling tournament. Booked five rooms. Staff very courteous and knowledgable about area and places to eat. Beautiful lobby. Conveniently located right off interstate.

I left my one hundred dollar mirror in the room, called back later to ask if they found it and of course they didn't . Told me the cleaning staff never saw the mirror . My problem now is I stay with you often .. can I feel safe that no one comes in my room when I go out to eat or to a meeting . Very disappointed will not feel safe coming back .

I have stayed here twice and both times it was very pleasant. Very close to the hersey attractions. The only draw back and its minor no welcome like package in the room, with things to do in the area, there is however a big display rack in the lobby area.

I stayed at this hotel during the 2012 Christmas Holiday. What a treat. The rooms and amenities were very clean and new. The whirlpool was fantastic. One of Harrisburg best. Highly recommended

Only issue was key card not working. Room was at end of hall and I had to walk back and forth 4x's before he fixed it and it happened 3 times during stay.
One thing I did note was pool water looked green.
I still have not received the service I did at the New Haven, Indiana location

We stayed at this hotel on the night of December 20, 2012, on our way to New York for Christmas. We had an excellent experience and will definitely be using it again when we travel to visit with our daughter in Manhattan. The price was great, and it couldn't have been squeakier clean! Everything was perfect! See you on our next trip north!

I stood with my wife and some friends in Oct 2012. We were returning from KT to NYC and needed a place to rest. The rooms on the first floor next to the washing machines were clean and modern....... The staff was very friendly. ..we will return..best value for the money. Near places to eat and highway.

Modern furnishings, workstation for computer use, small gooseneck LED reading lamps attached to headboard (which I'd love to have at home!), good breakfast and very convenient to Hershey Park. We plan on staying again when at Hershey Park.

I have to say, what a world of difference 3 miles down the road makes. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn exit 80 on Interstate 81, Grantville, Pa a number of times over a 6 years period. Last week I used the Holiday Inn Select exit 77 on interstate 81 3 miles away and I will never use the one at exit 80 again. It was so much cleaner, and well maintained. It had the breakfast setup and even thought the food is the same at all the Select Inn's it was still good. The staff was great when I told them there was a problem with the heater in my room. I really beleave the heater will be fixed before the room is used again. At the other Holiday Inn, the same Ice Machines are still broke and has been for 3 years. Good by exit 80.

We stayed in this hotel on October 6th for one night. We had tickets to the Brad Paisley concert at the Giant Center in Hershey and the hotel was a great location to get there easily. About 6 miles and a straight shot to the Giant Center. We were pleased with the room decor and cleanliness. I must admit I am a bit of a hotel snob so if you provide updated furnishings, the room is clean and there is a nice TV then I am very happy. The only issue I had with the this hotel is that we stayed on the first floor. The hotel was pretty booked with some type of soccer tournament going on in the area. Lots of kids and adults drinking and hanging out in the lobby. I must say that they were loud. About 6am they started gathering and were so loud it woke us up. Doors slamming and loud voices. Not the hotel's fault. Just inconsiderate people. I would recommend that the hotel staff advise guests when they check in that there is some special event going on and it may be noisy. Perhaps they could have recommended staying on a different floor.
