We are from Ohio...stay at the Harrison Holiday Inn Express at least twice a year for several days each time...I wrote a review a year ago and wanted to add that it was as nice as ever this trip. We stayed on points this time and was treated wonderful by all the staff...breakfast still top notch...pool and spa nice and clean...very nice stay...thanks staff! The Arthurs January 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place except Stayed at this hotel many times but had some bad luck this time , Monday morning no hot water, Monday night and Tues. Cable was fuzzy and had to kill a lot of little bugs in the bathroom late at night. Staff was very nice about it when told. November 24, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Working in the room If you are going to try an use the wireless to work in your room, forget it. I couldn't even log in to gmail to check/read emails the internet was so bad. No, its not my laptop either - its less than 6 months old. I tried to watch videos on youtube and all it would do was buffer. I travel to the area frequently for work, but if they don't get the internet fixed, I'll have to stay somewhere else. November 13, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No WiFi and Noise Levels We paid extra for a King Executive Suite to end up with a room directly above the front desk with speakers mounted on the wall outside of our room that played until 11:30 pm and started again at 5:00 am. The WiFi did not work and the young lady at the front desk said her's was working and after 3 calls for assistance with no results, she told me to call Ovation and they might be able to help. The breakfast area was so small that many guests left without breakfast because there was no room to sit. The bread was dry and hard. This is the worst HIExpress that we have stayed nation wide.
