Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My 4 night stay turned into a 1 night stay First the staff was very professional and friendly. I moved over to the hotel next door because my room although was a non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes as did my whole floor. The hotel in general smelled of cigarettes and in this day and age I cannot believe hotels still offer smoking rooms. I also moved hotels because this location did not have a fitness room. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations and am usually very pleased ..... but this one disappoints. November 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the best hotels in the area Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good internet. This is one of the best hotels in the Harrison area to stay. Visited on a leisure trip to take in the Ozarks (Ponca/Boxley Valley) during fall color season. Really enjoyed the stay with my familiy. The hotel was nice to return to after a full day hiking and rambling around outdoors. Pool is heated, which was unexpected. The only negative thing I can say is that this hotel does not have a fitness facility. Otherwise, this was the perfect place for my famility to stay. November 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mattress not good for bad backs Due to a bad back, I had to slept on the floor due to the soft mattress. Recommend Simmons Beautyrest Recharge Pillow Top Mattress. Check reviews. As one ages the old back needs a firm but comfortable bed. The room was clean and the staff were great. Swimming pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was super.
