Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by PGTN Poor internet service
No real complaints about the room or comfort, and the staff is great. My only complaint is the poor internet connection in the evenings. It works fine in the mornings, I guess when no one else is using it. At night, service goes in and out, and it's very slow when it is connected. You're ability to work from the hotel will likely be limited.

This was a great place to stay. The price was right for what you got. It had clean rooms comfortable bedding and a great breakfast. One thing I look for at any hotel is how safe the area is around you. This place met all our requirements.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LoriP. Super clean hotel
Upon entering the hotel, it smelled very clean and looked spotless. The staff were very friendly and informative of where things were located. Our rooms were very nice and the bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The price of the room was reasonable. The breakfast was outstanding and there was a huge variety to choose from. I will definitely stay again.

Stay was great. We were not there long but we have always enjoyed our stays with Holiday Inn.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GAHomeschoolMom Our 14th visit to this property
We travel through Harrison every year taking our children to nearby camp. This is a wonderful hotel with rooms big enough for the 6 of us (now 5 since my oldest graduated). Unfortunately, on our last trip, I called too late to get a suite and had to settle for a double with a rollaway. I realized why there were no suites...there was a girls' softball tournament that weekend. There was running up and down the halls until 11:15 p.m. I will call sooner next year...and bring earplugs just in case there's another tournament! It takes more than a crowd of girls to scare me away!

Management cares about Priority Club members, but stay would have been perfect, anyway. We used this as a Branson, MO and Silver Dollar City jump off point, and for local college testing.
Breakfast was plentiful and lady asked if we needed anything more before removing items. Everything was stocked, and coffee always available.
Loved the local Homey Hearth Restaurant and Bakery, too. Pies to die for!
