Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stop We arrived here unexpectedly due to car trouble. We ended being here three nights and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We really appreciated all the accommodations (late check-out, restaurant recommendations, etc.) Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only disappointing thing is that there wasn't a hot tub, which would have been nice to relax in at night. Not a big deal, but that would have made the stay perfect in an un-perfect situation! :) March 11, 2015

The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is generous and fresh. January 8, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice accomodations I moved here from the Lawrenceburg HIE because the Harrison facility is much better managed. The exercise equipment is newer and better maintained, the carpeting is newer and the ambiance is generally nicer. The customer service is much better as well. There were a few issues with cleanliness - when I entered the room there was food residue on the furniture. The edges of the carpeting had not been adequately vacuumed. I stayed two nights, and the morning that housekeeping cleaned for me, it appeared that all they did was make the bed - there appeared to be no cleaning of the bathroom surfaces. There was mold on the curtain caused by the air conditioner. The breakfast was fine - the server was very friendly - but at night the hot water ran out so I couldn't have my nighttime tea. When I mentioned this the front desk got right on it, so the customer service is quite good. January 3, 2015
