Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value and location This hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. We were recognized as priority guests and given water and a choice of a snack. Nice touch. Room (queen suite) was clean and quite. The only problem was the shower had not been cleaned from the last guest. Hair and shampoo left. We cleaned it ourselves. Hopefully this was just a one time oversight. Breakfast was the standard with enough choices for almost anyone. The attendant was not very observant as eggs and sausage trays stayed empty the entire time we ate breakfast, about 15 minutes. I would recommend this hotel. Access was easy. May 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NIce place with super staff This was my second stay and I was not disappointed. The caring attitude of the people on my first visit brought me back. The people work around my schedule to clean my room and are always helpful. The breakfast is always slightly different so the offerings do not become mundane. The person running the breakfast is fast and efficient and often asks if I need anything not out. May 20, 2013

Have stayed here 3 years in a row and will continue to book here. The hotel internet (WiFi) didn't work well for most of my group which constituted about 15 people. April 16, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 2 great rooms - King room especially I had reservations to 2 rooms at this location. Both met or exceeded our expectations. We have never stayed overnight in Hartford but if we do again, it will be here. The mattress we slept on in out King suite was one of the most comfortable if not the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The recommended restaurant next door was very good, too. March 23, 2013
