I have been staying for last 5 weeks here on a business trip and I had enough with this hotel staff. I have been staying at various IHG properties across the US and this is the only hotel that is trying to cut corners to save some money. I tell every week while check in that I am a vegetarian and I only get oat meal for breakfast here. So I request every week to turn on pan cake machine in the breakfast lounge. But they only turned on this machine for 3 or 4 times in the last 5 weeks. The hotel manager is also very rude person and she needs some training on how to treat customers and especially Rewards Club members.

Room was clean, staff accommodating, nice breakfast area with enough options to allow people with allergies to find something suitable to eat.

I have stayed at this hotel often. Management has done well in bring it up to average standards.
Three areas of concern:
1... absolutely no acknowledgment or rewards given to be a club member.... nothing
2..... over charged for the final night of our stay, a Tuesday... not as quoted on online reservation... staff could not have cared less... no reply yet from site management with at least an explanation
3..... Private lessons at the pool... as a paying guest, I was only allowed to use 1/3 of the pool as it was roped off . and this is NOT a large pool... insulting and totally unacceptable. If the hotel is going to allow private lessons... not sure they were even registered guest.... it would be respectful of them to let us know or make online booking aware of this policy.

Clean, quiet room. Thankfully, did not have noisy numbers or people running down the halls at all hours of the night.
The only negative was the A/C unit was very, very noisy.
When watching TV late a night, I keep the volume low so not to disturb anyone. But when the A/C unit kicks on, it was so loud I couldn't hear the TV!
I increased the TV volume but when the A/C unit kicked off, the TV sounded like I was broadcasting to the whole hotel!

i visited on the 4th of july to get my to older dogs out of city because they are scared of the fireworks. this is the 2cd year in a row i have stayed here. this is an excellent hotel very clean and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. i would highly recommend this hotel.

I stay here each year around the same time often with a member of my family who has a disability. (I think this was my 4th year doing so.) The staff is always very nice, the room is clean, the wifi works great. We usually use the pool which we enjoy very much and sometimes make use of the fitness facility which is small but is fine for us. The breakfast has a variety of items including yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast, english muffins, etc and hot foods like omelets and sausage. The eggs are not that great and the hot food goes fast if you go too late in the morning but it's FREE! The coffee tastes great and there is a variety of juices. The rooms are always clean, plenty of towels, and quiet at night. There are blackout curtains behind the sheer ones that close all the way - just FYI. The cost is reasonable as well so if you find yourself in the Haskell-Wayne area I say go for it. You won't be disappointed.
