Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by our experience the lady at the desk asked for my credit card and ID even though we are Priority members and had made the reservation as such. apparently there was some plumbing problems as we and several other guests had to check out a plunger. It is really difficult for a male to urinate when the seat will not remain in the "up" position The rest of the staff were helpful and friendly, and since we stay there often many recognized us. that is a nice experience. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by wet room Air conditioner was leaking onto the floor, leaving a huge wet spot in the carpet, when we arrived on Friday night. It was still leaking when we checked out on Sunday. We reported it to management. The only change we saw was that towels were on the floor when we returned Saturday afternoon. The towels were soaking wet and should have been changed during the day. We would also have appreciated some notice of their attempts to correct problem. We could not tell that anything had been done. June 16, 2015
