Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Choice for Area The hotel is clean with friendly staff. Rooms are newer and more spacious than other hotels in the area. Property has indoor pool and a a guest area where one can meet other travelers in group and have a private discussion or cup of coffee in the evening while watching TV. Breakfast is standard hotel type but service is excellent. Walking distance to good quality Mexican Restaurant. Close to MCAS Cherry Point. Would recommend for business or personal stay. The rooms are always very clean and inviting. The breakfast staff is also very helpful and accommodating. Consistent in quality and service is how I would describe this hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful visit Stayed for 5 days. Beds were comfy, room was clean, plenty of lamps and light. Room was so quiet, even though we were next to the elevator! Breakfast had adequate choices. Pool was warm. The desk people were friendly and helpful. Housekeeper was thoughtful and pleasant. Any cons? Well minor things. The bathroom was small with no fan, so it got steamy. Really steamy. Shower curtain did not stay in place and we got water on the floor every day, every shower (4 of us). Would stay here again in a heartbeat. January 8, 2016
