Needed a room close to LAX - this fit the bill. Friendly staff hotel was like new. Several restaurant choices within a block. Secured parking. A short 15 minutes from LAX.

The hotel is in a convenient area, easy to get to.
I appreciate the secure parking. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. My only complaint is that they
need to expand the choices of TV channels. They should add the Golf Channel and MSNBC. Other than
that, great hotel for the value.

My stay was very comfortable, my daughter & I shared a mother and daughter bonding time in California from New York for Spring Break and this Hotel provided a home away from home. The room was awesome, didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub--too many people. The morning breakfast was nice but not enough seats in the little sitting area, otherwise no complaints; you get what you pay for and I slept like a rock. would recommend it to friends next time in town, or another IHG hotel.

This hotel is in a great location to go to the beach, Hollywood, Universal etc. I stayed with my daughter and 3 teenage girls. The service was great and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel.

I was checking into this hotel at 1:20 AM on a weekday night. My flight was delayed 3 hours. Understanding how to park here was a nightmare.
You are supposed to park in temp spaces , check in and then get a gate code to the lot.
I was at desk trying to check in. There was another guest checking in at the time and two staff members at the front desk. One in front of me did not even raise his head or acknowledge me. Then the other customer left and the second desk agent started to help me. The first agent came around the front desk and engaged the agent helping me in conversation and he could not check me in. I mentioned if he could hold off his conversation so I can get to my room. Late night. There was no apology or other comment.
