In winter, take advantage of 26 miles of groomed Casper Mountain trails at the Casper Nordic Center, or schuss downhill at Hogadon Ski Area—all within a few minutes’ drive of our Casper hotels.

Central Wyoming once formed the crossroads of American Western exploration. The National Historic Trails Interpretive Center re-creates the pioneer experience along the Oregon, Mormon, California and Pony Express trails with a trove of artifacts and simulated Conestoga wagon-crossings.
