Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by just above okay Not my best experience. Coffee in lobby was warm not hot. Got in very late somewhere around 2:00- 2:30 am planned on sleeping late didn't get to sleep to after 3:30. However, room service decides to knock on my door at 8:57 am to clean the room. Couldn't go back to sleep I was so frustrated. Who does that. Check out is in the morning and check in is in the afternoon to allow time for cleaning. Why the heck would they be coming around to clean that early. This kind if messed up my stay. Breakfast was fine staff were okay but not very warm or friendly. August 18, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Same as all the others- Dirty, old and foul smelling. Rude front desk-obviously has not been talked to as i see multiple complaints of the same in previous comments! Would not recommend to anyone. Hot juice came out of the juice machine for breakfast. The cigarette stench on the second floor was disgusting. The beds were old and saggy. August 18, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pass this one up. Stay on 85, do not stop here! My initial review apparently had too much detail and was rejected, so I guess they just want me to say don't stay here. Too expensive for the awful conditions. Staff not friendly at all (except for the breakfast lady, very sweet#. Rooms are worn out #especially the mattresses). Very hard to find. August 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Night Should have known it was not a good night. We were traveling and were not quite sure how far we would get before we were ready to stop/ We chose an IHG property since we are Platinum Elite members. We used "reward nights" and that was a snap once I got ahold of IHG. Night manager was at the desk, and was rude!! Hotel is old and a bit run down. bathroom definitely needs a makeover, and carpets in both the room and common areas need to be replaced. Staff was not very good except for the young lady in the morning at the front desk. When I could get her away from the breakfast area getting food, it all worked out OK in the end. August 11, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Old Motel This is an old style Holiday Inn Express and should be sold to a second level motel chain. The bed was hard, pillows lumpy. The room was very clean, which was a plus. The motel is very hard to find, even using a GPS system. The sign is very small and hard to see. I am a platinum rewards member and have stayed many times at Holiday Inn Express motels. This particular motel is not up to HI standards. July 27, 2014
