Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs renovation We've stayed here for many years. It is going downhill. The air conditioning unit in our room needed to be replaced. It could not cool the room and it wasn't that hot outside. Otherwise it was just ok. Too expensive for what we got. Probably won't stay there until we hear it has been renovated. No problems with staff. They did their best. June 24, 2014

Driveway was in disrepair with many potholes to dodge. I've stayed in many HIE locations and this would have to be near the bottom. I doubt I would ever stay here again. April 29, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worn down and dilapidated hotel In contrast to me expectations and other past experiences with this brand in different cities, this hotel was disturbingly unkempt, worn down, and looked like no one was even trying to make it look presentable. Our room looked dirty, with various "stuff" on the floor, the bathroom tiles moved around, there was old soap in the shower, the drains never emptied, and there were stains on the walls. Unfortunately, we chose to stay there as we had two small kids and it was a very late night arrival, but I would never stay there again. The hallways had paint falling off the walls, the wall paper was peeling, the ceilings had noticeable water stains and cracks everywhere, and I am simply surprised that IHG would even allow this hotel to operate given its conditions.
