Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room in need of vaccuum The floor had beer caps on it in plain view. The toilet in the bathroom was not sitting in the place that it was installed in. You could hear the neighbors through the walls. The staff was very nice. The breakfast choices were few. February 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and comfortable We always enjoy our stays in Henderson Holiday Inn Express. Everyone is always nice and helpful and they smile at you. There are a lot of contractors that stay there but you don't hear any noise late at night or early in the morning. The location is central to most of Henderson. February 1, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad stay Didn't greet me as priority at check in, and didn't do express checkout. It took me 45 minutes to check out. Beds were outdated and very springy. Very loud all night with people screaming and beating on doors drunk. Very disappointing!!!! November 29, 2013

It was 1000% better than the one I stayed at for the last 3 nights with bugs in the room. Maybe that's because it was a regular Holiday Inn? October 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel Service and Staff This hotel has the the very best service and staff out of any hotels that I have ever stayed. I have stayed at very many hotels .. both in the U.S. and overseas. The courteous staff always welcomed me each morning and they made sure that I was comfortable in the evenings on my return back into the hotel. Just down right good hospitality that You don't find in many hotels. Even the hotel manager (Susan) was extremely nice and always took the time to say hello and ask if she could help with anything. That doesn't happen at very many hotels. Thank you ALL at Holiday Inn Express Henderson for everything. Your "hospitality" is the very best in the world !!! October 7, 2013
