I told the maid about a leaking faucet in the bath room. It was taken care of the next day. The Hotel Manger greeted us every day and ask how are day was the day before. She provided suggestion on some place to go and how to obtain discount tickets. This was very helpful.

This is the second time we have stayed at this motel and it continues to be one of our favorites in the Holiday Express Chain of motels. Clean, wonderful cookies and very relaxing atmosphere I feel.

We had an excellent stay in Henderson. The staff was helpful with suggustions and making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and quite, the pool was very enjoyable and well maintained. The shuttle service was awesome, they took us to the strip, airport and over to pick up the motor home we rented. We couldn't be happier with the 3 nights we spent at the Holiday Inn Express in Henderson, NV.

The gal at the front desk was terrific - very helpful and nice. Rooms were large, clean and well prepared. the A/C was not to loud at night and we really enjoyed the large suite like room.

We stayed in Henderson on the last leg of a Route 66 trip. Very welcoming staff and comfortable lobby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We stay fairly often at Holiday Inn Express and they seldom disappoint. On this trip we stayed in three different HIE. I have found that it seems like the swimming pools are colder than they all were last year, and there were very few people in the pools at any of the HIE we stayed at. I am hoping the company will change that policy, a nice relaxing hotel experience should be accompanied by a nice relaxing pool experinece as well. That said, this is a very nice place to stay, I recommend this HIE to others and would stay there again.

Everything from the rooms to the service is always amazing. They do their best to make you as comfortable as possible and keep everything clean at all times. Rooms are spacious and I cannot say enough about the staff they are so friendly and bend over backwards to help you out. We stayed 2 weeks and will never choose another hotel over this one. Thank ou for accommodating myself my husband and our infant son.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and the location is great. We were able to walk the short distance from the hotel to Sunset Station Casino without having to cross any streets. Good value for the money!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The manager's social on Thursday night was an very unexpected and pleasant surprise. One of my best stays in an Express.
