Spent the last two days of our month long holiday at this hotel and it is very well placed between Las Vagas and the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead.We wanted to get out from the bustle of Las Vagas and chill out before returning home to the UK and this hotels shared outside pool and hot tub was exactly what we were looking for. The gymn was also well equiped The bedrooms were also very clean with large fridge and microwave and the breakfasts had a great variety of food to choose from. Hotel staff were all very nice and friendly. The only thing the hotel needs to improve on is the Wi-fy connection. The connection was out for 2 days and the member of staff on the front desk was unable to help. As I needed to pick up some urgent e mails I had to go to the Airport 3 hours early to deal with them.

Thank you to the Staff at the Henderson Holiday Inn Express. They made my work stay enjoyable and next best thing to home. My room was clean and tidy every afternoon. The climate control is a great idea. Everyone was so polite and helpful from the early morning breakfast which starts at 6:30 but was always ready earlier to the Front desk. Someone was even there to help when my A/C was acting up after 9pm. She came right up and fixed my issue. Great work trip because I knew I would come back to a welcoming room!

I have stayed at this location many times in the past and was always pleased with the Staff and Service I received at this location. It use to be a great place to stay, the staff was friendly, I was greeted as a Platinum Member and always offered a free upgrade if it was available. If it wasn't available they always apologized and let me know it wasn't possible. The rooms were always kept neat and clean with there weren't any maintenance issues. This time, the carpet wasn't swept and the outside trash was full. In my room, the shower head wouldn't stay in place and shot water all over the bathroom because the only angle I could get it to stay was almost straight up. When I checked in, I wasn't greeted as a Platinum Member and wasn't offered my bottle of water.
The new management has let things go and I won't be returning until I hear the old management is back and guests are being greeted and treated like they use to.

The Henderson Holiday Inn Express is a super place to stay if you are visiting the Hoover Dam. Easy access to the highway; none of the noise and confusion of Las Vegas; and a delightful Manager's Happy Hour as you pause to reflect on your day. The staff are excellent and the facilites are what you expect from HIE, clean, modern, convenient.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Henderson, NV. The staff was very friendly. The evening welcome reception at the time we arrived was a very pleasant surprise, they were very generous with the food, beer, and wine. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. A great value! We will be back for another stay on our next trip to Henderson.

I told the maid about a leaking faucet in the bath room. It was taken care of the next day. The Hotel Manger greeted us every day and ask how are day was the day before. She provided suggestion on some place to go and how to obtain discount tickets. This was very helpful.
