Excellent hotel, staff was very professional, room was comfortable, bathroom clean, breakfast was very good with a number of daily choices, with easy access to local restaurants.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay. I'm supposed to write at least 50 characters, but don't have much else to say. Wish the pool had been open!
They were very accommodating as I travel with my service animal.

My family was surprised and impressed by the quality of everything at Holiday Inn Express in Nashville... we were impressed with our rooms, the building, the location, and the staff, especially the front desk named Stacie and Chris... I forget the other names... they were the best! Thank you!

We only stayed one night and other than a youth baseball team waiting out a rain delay (youth will be youth) we had an enjoyable stay. We were at the hotel attending a conference and I can't think of anything negative to say. From the moment we arrived and saw the antique automobile in the lobby until we checked out we were very, very impressed. Plus, the breakfast was among the best we've had in our traveling experiences.

We were out of town with our baseball team and had an overall good experience. The front desk staff was very patient with all the boys. However, we were woke up both mornings before 9:00 a.m. by the cleaning staff even though we had a tag on the door. When advised that we were still sleeping the responded with rude comments and no apology. When we asked for additional towels they acted like it was huge inconvenience. Customer Service goes a LONG way!
