Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly folks and great services We only stayed one night and other than a youth baseball team waiting out a rain delay (youth will be youth) we had an enjoyable stay. We were at the hotel attending a conference and I can't think of anything negative to say. From the moment we arrived and saw the antique automobile in the lobby until we checked out we were very, very impressed. Plus, the breakfast was among the best we've had in our traveling experiences. May 4, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overall good stay but RUDE cleaning staff!!! We were out of town with our baseball team and had an overall good experience. The front desk staff was very patient with all the boys. However, we were woke up both mornings before 9:00 a.m. by the cleaning staff even though we had a tag on the door. When advised that we were still sleeping the responded with rude comments and no apology. When we asked for additional towels they acted like it was huge inconvenience. Customer Service goes a LONG way! May 3, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hanging out in Hendersonville Due to an excessively busy high paced work environment, taking a full vacation is never an option. I rely heavily on weekend staycations to make up the difference. The staff here was wonderful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I got the R&R that I needed. The jetted whirlpool tub in the 2 room suite is top notch and it being in the oversized bathroom and not in the open is a huge plus! The living room furniture was perfect for curling up and watching a movie, reading, and napping. I cannot wait until my next stay. The 35 minute drive from the south side of Nashville was well worth it. I will be back. April 27, 2016
