Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great way to relax! Wanted to stay at a hotel with an indoor pool. What a wonderful choice this was. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and it was located close to Interstate 15 and the Victor Valley Mall. The rooms were clean and roomy with comfortable beds. Will definitely stay there again. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to Holiday Inn Express Standards this was the most disappointing stay I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. The room I booked was for two queen beds but they did not have that room so they put me in a room with king bed. The check in was less than friendly. There were several children running the hallways after 10pm I finally had to call the front desk and it took a while for the noise to stop. Breakfast was a lousy expirence. The breakfast area was unattended and there were no dinnerware and many items empty. I had a hard time to find someone at the front desk to get some help. Check out was also not a good experience. I would never stay here again. March 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome bed!! Quiet Rooms We were driving for 6 hours and were beat. The person at the counter checking was very professional. He knew the area and gave us several places to choose from to get something to eat. I travel a lot and you would be surprised on how many people working the front counter don't know the area. I travel pass your area 3 times a year. I will always select your hotel January 26, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst hotel stay since 1999 at check in I was greated as normal. I was given my pre assigned room and I found trash in the trash cans, used towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and requested a room that had been completly cleaned. The second room had a fold out couch. It was closed but the coffee table was slid next to the desk and the bedding was stuffed in the closet. no door on this room closet. the trash cans had trash in them, A used cup and wrapper was on the wet bar. and feces was floating in the toilet. Since it was late and I was in no shape to go to another hotel I delt with the issues and made a note to avoid this property in the future. January 7, 2013

A housekeeper asked if we needed service. We said, "yes," but our room was not cleaned until 4 hours later. January 6, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HIE - Hesperia I have stayed at this property several times. This time was very noisy, in the pool area and second floor room area. Two rooms near us had dogs, and they were barking a lot, making it difficult to sleep. Also, children screaming across the hall from us. Pool area was out of pool towels, front desk resupplied upon our request. I wish this hotel did not allow pets, as the question of how clean can you get a room after occupied by a pet is a concern. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A mixed bag but would stay again This HIEX is clean and well maintained in general but we had some hiccups with aging equipment. and service. The room coffee didn't function properly, the microwave buttons were wearing out. and the (new) TV was missing most of the channels. The pot was replaced and between me and the desk manager the TV was reprogrammed. The staff was generally helpful and responsive, especially the manager, but the breakfast supervisor did not plan ahead well and seemed more interested in saving food than taking care of guests. The manager comped $20 on our room and provided us with a goody bag a nice letter of apology as a result of that experience. I would stay here again due to the manager's good attitude and efforts to make things right but hope that the next stay would go a little more smoothly. December 5, 2012

I have always been greeted in every area of the of hotel by very kind employees that wanted to do everything they could to make my stay be the best it could possiably be. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed We usually stay here when visiting Southern California and have had in the past a good experience. As Priority Club members we are also greeted as such, given water or other useful item and our total priority points. This did not happen this time and we were disappointed. Perhaps there were new staff members or the hotel was very busy, but we did not have the warm, fuzzy feeling we ususally get at a Holiday Inn Express. In fact, this is my first time writing negative comments. I'll give this hotel one more stay before we take it off our list. Hope the service and greeting is better next time. November 8, 2012
