Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by room air when we got to our room the ac wasn't running. we turned it on & very little cool air was coming out. maintenance man changed it out. Still no cool air. we had been told it was the last room available. when I told the desk clerk either fix the air or we would have to leave. they produced another room. from then on everything was great. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Stay We were in Hiawassee for a college graduation. When we arrived, the price had been REDUCED because it was for the graduation. This is amazing since the price doubled when we stayed at another hotel for our son's graduation in another state. The Welcome Center was very nice w/ a stone fireplace. Our room had a sttting area. and two comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was a nice size with plenty of counter space. The room also included a microwave and refrigerator. It also had a full length mirror which is not very common. Breakfast was very nice but the best part was the precious lady that assisted in serving breakfast. She was so gracious, kind and very funny. She was so engaging and the first person to wish me a "Happy Mother's Day". She needs a raise and promotion as she was incredible PR for the hotel. We stay at hotels frequently, but this is the first time I felt one was worth taking the time to write a review. The people and the hotel was just that nice. May 13, 2015

This hotel is clean , well managed, comfortable and offers all the essential amenities for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast items are varied, fresh and tasty. Rooms are clean and offer everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating offering excellent customer service. April 29, 2015
