The room was clean and comfortable. We did have several issues with the staff and service. First, if you are not a member of the Holiday Inn's reward program expect not to get a bill under your door on the day of your departure. They said they only do this for members, which made us feel very unwelcome. This also lead to an issue where we had made reservations on two consecutive nights under the same name but on two different reservations. We had mentioned this fact to the front desk on the first day we checked in and wondered if we needed to consolidate the reservations. They let us know it was not an issue. The next day around check out time we received a call from the manager wondering why we had not checked out. We informed her that we had a reservation for two days. She quickly said that we should have told them that fact, to which we said that we had told the front desk the night before. When we got back to the room that night, we had to once again check in because our room keys had been deactivated. The manager knew the issue and had a chance to resolve the issue but did not. Service nor customer, came first.
Finally, The morning breakfast is good and a nice selection of food, however the dining room is very small. Good luck finding a place to sit for Breakfast.

Had a great time. Loved the town. Less expensive than Keystone with all the attractions. Grocery store within walking distance of hotel. Close to everything. Great, friendly staff. Awesome selections for breakfast. Kids loved the pool and they could see the 1880 train go by from the pool windows.

Very clean. Has plenty of toiletries. Don't stay on the side where the train goes by if you are a late sleeper. We were not.
