The front desk staff (especially Tony) made our extended stay at the hotel so much easier. Very professional and courteous. My husband ate breakfast every morning and received the same service from the breakfast staff. December 17, 2014

It shows; consequently, it is necessary to acknowledge when good service is given. Often times, in the customer service industry, guests feel like their experience is never validated. I am from a smaller city on the opposite end of the United States and never had I ever felt so lost and out-of-place. It was a few key players who made me feel warm and invited. I will never forget them as they my travel experience safe and valued. At the same time, it is important to note that a few staff members did not maintain the same kind of level service throughout my staff, which was very disappointing. Overall, I would not let my bad experience with two-staff members affect my stay. December 11, 2014
