Bathroom was not at standard, toilet was falling apart, floating all over the place, little fridge had a bag of chicken who know how long it had been in there, I call the front desk to let them know and no one answered, I went down stairs to let them know and no one was there. I was greeted by Aurora who had a smile on her face and although she was assisting someone else she assured that she would be right with me. Once she got to me she quickly checked me in and told me about all the amenities included as a guest. I am someone who is obsessed with mirrors so the elevator was my favorite part. You would think they would be hard to keep clean but every time I went down I never noticed any fingerprint marks or grease marks from people's heads. Our room was beyond perfect. We had a corner room so we were able to see the fountain in front as well as our car out front and at night the lights made a great view. Breakfast was great and there were a lot of choices. The only issue I experienced was after I went to my car at 3 a.m the door was locked, which is understandable, but the card entry slot was not working. It would have been OK if someone was sitting at the front desk and saw that we were locked out but even after I hit the ringer button it still took the young lady a few minutes to let us in. Once we got in she went directly back in the back; did not ask if everything was OK, apologize about the card entry or let alone speak. She could have been having a bad night which is why I still give this property a gazillion stars and will definitely be coming back. November 3, 2014
