Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Room Care My command was there for two weeks and we were all treated like family. Everyone was approachable and if we had any question they were more than happy to help us. I really enjoyed my stay because everyone seem genuine, no one was faking the funk. My biggest compiment is to Marget who help me with a problem I had with my credit card, she was very professional, outgoing and she went above and beyond to help me. She deserves a promotion or atleast a pretty nice bonus this year. When I go back for training I look foward to see everyone my room care women, my desk staff, my breakfast staff and my maintance people, I say my because they treated like I was part of their family. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Thumb Down The room had been renovated or repaired, and it looked like the repairs were done by a 10 yr old with a hammer and a roll of duct tape. Very dumpy looking and uncharacteristic of a Holiday Inn Express this new. With over-paint, poor calking, and half-assed repairs to the walls and bathroom, I felt like I was staying at a Motel 6. Thank God I used my points and didn't have to waste my money here. I'd like to have my points back though as compensation for putting up with their low-standards. August 3, 2013

I have received quite a few shipments at this hotel, they always notify me, they always take care of the shipments for me. I had one minor water leak from the air conditioner, they fixed it up the same day. Best Holiday Inn express I have ever stayed at. June 30, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by amazing customer service, felt welcomed. were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed once we walked in, the check in was super fast, was told about all the amenities they have to offer. breakfast was hot and ready there were a lot of people so the cooks was trying to keep up as fast as they could which I think they did an amazing job at, always checking to make sure that there was enough food out. the area to sit and eat was a little on the medium side not to big and not to small. The room was clean and smelt fresh, there were clean towels and not one spider web in site. They have fast internet, which I used with my ipad and like other hotels I had to keep signing in but this hotel I signed in once and was not logged out. The pool area was really nice and clean not to many people where there at the time we swam the towels were stacks for anyone to use. the computer/office/business area were small and neat it was in a little office space was great because it was in its own little room so if there were any noise out side you couldn't really hear it because your in a room. all and all we had a great time there felt very welcoming and we will stay there again when we come back to GA. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Courteous and Professional, first rate! The staff took great cares to accomodate us, making reservations forus fixing the rooms and looking after any need we had. Often we would come in from the heat and they would have a cold bottle of water for us. I received an upgrade without asking for it and they made sure we received our points rewards, They were constantly cleaning the hotel and the breakfast was first rate,. I miss the coffee in the mornings. The staff were professionally dressed and freindly. This HIE is business friendly and knows how to treat contractors and the business traveler well. The room and facilities were good and the price was very reasonable. The indoor pool although fairly small was enjoyable together with the loungers. The breakfast was ok but too sweet for our taste but fresh fruit was readily available. The reception staff were particually helpful with local advice on places to visit and restaurants. The clerk make you feel like home, always a big smile and will go out of there way for you. They always recongize you as a prioty club member and give a nice selection of refreshments. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AWESOME STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a great hotel and an AWESOME staff! Everyone was very helpful and very friendly and VERY honest! We were visiting because our son and DIL are stationed at Ft. Stewart and they were having our first grandchild. When we checked out I accidently left my iPad in the room, the maid took the iPad to the hotel manager, who locked it in her office and called me to let me know that I had left it. I think that this was the most honest, upstanding experience with a hotel staff that I have ever had, just a couple weeks ago while staying at a different "big name" hotel in New York my iPod was stolen right out of my room while I left it on the charger for a meeting. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! January 28, 2013

Several family member stayed here and we were all pleased with the staff, cleanliness of the room (which was excellent considering we are all clean crazed people) and the overall cleanliness of the facility.
