Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean, safe, awesome staff My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and the whole place was clean. Our only complaint was a very loud group of people were outside our room in the middle of the night. Also I liked the breakfast however my kids and husband did not. We all felt very safe. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Bedding The bedding at this facility is of very poor quality and very uncomfortable. The sheets are very thin and did not fit the bed properly and became wrinkled very easily. The bed was king size and the comfortor placed on the bed was for a queen size bed. The pillow was of very poor quality and very uncomfortable. The poor quality bedding made sleeping difficult. May 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Family stay My husband and our two teenage daughters stayed at this hotel on our way to FL form WI. We arrived at the hotel at 2;30 am. The young girl at the front desk had us checked in to our room in just a few minutes. The room was extremely spacious and clean. We used the pool and hot tub before going to breakfast the next morning, both were very well maintained. Enjoyed our short stay. May 15, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by old and outdated Really needs to have a room overhaul and bed upgrade. mattress should have been replaced 5 years ago. Staff was nice, area was not great but it was by a mall so plenty of food options for the traveler. Some of the furniture was broken in the room and looked like it was glued back together. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home Away From Home I have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on numerous occasions, looking forward to each visit. The comfort, amenities and staff make the stay very pleasant. This last visit I was particularly impressed with James, at the front desk and Amber who not only performed their "regular" duties but also stepped in to cover the breakfast hours at the last minute. They were cheerful, helpful, and certainly responded at a time in need that spoke well of the hotels attention to the care of their guests. Hats off to James and Amber, jobs well done. May 11, 2015
