Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed our stay This hotel is a good spot to be right outside of the Chattanooga area. Close distance to downtown area. Plenty of spots to eat right around the hotel, and or just a few minutes away. The hotel had been remodeled inside to make it look nicer than the outside made it appear upon arrival. The hotel staff were really nice. (Shout out to the front desk gentleman named Rowe.. really nice guy!!). The pool was like bath water, which was nice for the time of year we came. Fitness center was a complete DISASTER though. Not many people probably care, but I do. I enjoy going to the fitness center daily on vacation and it felt like the heater was blowing constantly. I ran on the tiny treadmill in there and drank 2 bottles of water because it was so HOT in the room. And the spin bike they had was broken. Oh, and my kids were bummed the pancake machine was out of order ALL WEEK!! BOO!! April 16, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will NEVER Stay Here Again Our stay here was one of the worst hotel stays in recent memory. Our room had a strong stale smoke smell (which two family members are highly allergic too), so we had to be moved to a standard room since they did not have any suites available. We were told they would give us two rooms side-by-side the next night to accommodate our family. The next day, they told us the Supervisor over-rode that decision and we would either move back to the original suite (which they would re-clean) or stay in the standard room. They tried re-cleaning the room, but was not able to get the smell removed. We had no other option , but to stay in the standard room and our other family member had to stay in another hotel across the street. I really don't appreciate being lied to by the hotel staff and they should be true to their word. They also refused to let me speak to the Manager. The room we were in had mildew stains on the wall near the base of the tub and the common areas of the hotel were not very clean either. The first morning, there was no juice or milk available because they didn't have the key to unlock the cases. They did discount the room some, but with the issues we had, they should have done more. I would highly recommend you book and stay somewhere else as the impression they gave me, was that they do not care about their guests. NOTE: They have signs posted in their elevators stating that they are an "Extremely Satisfied" hotel and if you can't rate your stay as such, they consider it a quality fail. I guess my stay needs to be considered an EPIC QUALITY FAIL! April 6, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 4 hungry boys at breakfst The hotel was ok. The floors in the lobby, laundry room, and great room could have been cleaner. They also started taking the breakfast bufet down early, so by the time we got down there around 9:50am the hot food was all gone. However the pull was AMAZING!! I LOVED the temperature.
