We arrived late and were told there were no rooms except for a King suite at a very inflated price. We took it. It had not been cleaned for awhile. The toilet handle was broken, and we had to manually empty the tank. We figured it would not be fixed at eleven at night, and as we had been told there were no other rooms, we just dealt with it. When I told the desk person in the morning, she seemed uninterested, expressed no concern for our inconvenience, and did not offer to take something off the bill. This just was not a good experience, and as an IHG Rewards member, I was surprised and disappointed.

This was the first time, I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, and I was so impressed with everything this one had to offer. I had wonderful service, the room was very clean, as well as all areas of the hotel. The pool was a great temperature, and very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in this area.

We booked a suite thinking that the couch was a sleeper sofa. It was NOT!! So we had to pull the cushions off the couch and make a bed on the floor for one of the kids and one of them on the couch without the cushions. We would have booked another hotel if we had known the couch did not pull out! What's the point in the suite if it doesn't have a sleeper sofa!
