Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best staff of any holiday inn ever supper friendly and knowledgeable. there was an accident on 31, which was our route to a wedding and they gave us perfect directions to get around that with ease. we left our car at the reception and it was supposed to take a cab 45 minutes to get us, the manager behind the counter didn't even hesitate to offer us a ride to our cars. best customer service ever. A bit noisy with children running around in rooms...but soon they were off to sleep and it was quiet the rest of the evening and night. May 25, 2013
