Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Reservation and Accesability My wife and I drive to Fayetteville every Saturday and stay here. Over the past few months I have been having mobility issues and need a handicap room. We had reserved one for every Saturday in October. Upon arrival the last two weeks this reservation was not honored due to them being full. We sent an e-mail concerning this matter to the manager and received no response. They seem more interest in filling rooms then honoring reservations. I am also an IHG elite member with a corporate account. October 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. Most comfortable bed and pillows ever experienced in a hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff: the front desk staff were very patient in giving us out-of-towners excellent directions and recommendations; the staff in the breakfast area friendly and made sure we had what we desired from the food offerings. Fitness center had just enough options to keep from being bored, and really appreciated it being available 24 hours a day! Pool and hot tub area spacious and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are headed to Fayetteville-Hope Mills. October 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice hotel this hotel was very nice inside,,, the parking needs to be changed so that the hotel has it's own parking lot, not shared with the strip of stores next to them. This made us feel not as secure as it could have. Other than parking, this was a very nice hotel to stay at. which I hope to do again soon !! October 3, 2014
