Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable and unresponsive I would not recoomend this hotel to anybody needing to stay in the Hope area. The front desk personel were unresponsive to customer's request, the room was niosy, the bedding was uncomfortable and the breakfast choices were poor at best. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. April 12, 2013

Staff was great they just need some updates done for the rate charged. I stayed at the same toe of property in Illinois at the same rate and it was new. March 23, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Smoking Hotel, not a smoking room Upon arriving we were told our non-smoking room was on the 2nd floor. We parked , grabbed a few things and headed toward the elevator, as soon as the door to the elevator opened, on the 2nd floor, we were punched in the face with an excruciating aroma of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong that you needed to hold your breath, because you didn't want to breath it. The elevator is on the very end of the hall and the end of the building; our room was on the opposite end of the building. We walked almost to the other end before the smell started to subside. The last twenty feet before our door there was an attempt to cover the smell up with room deodorizer, but the smoke still had an under lying presence. The room had a used feel and didn't seem fresh, but part of that may have been from the hallway experience. The breakfast was good and the staff pleasant, sorry they have to work in a building with such a stench. December 15, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff I have stayed at this hotel often over the last several years and it is consistently a good experience. The hotel front desk staff does not have a high turnover rate and the people always act like they remember me and are happy that I am there. The only thing I would change at this hotel would be to put in automatic front doors. Trying to maneuver a laden down luggage cart through TWO doors is pretty difficult to do. November 20, 2012
