Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Poor Housekeeping The facilities just seemed to be really old. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous, but the Housekeeping staff seem to not really care about the guests. They were very rude when cleaning the rooms in the morning. They knocked 4 times in a 2 hour period to see if I needed housekeeping. I was trying to sleep and kept having to tell them I am sleeping, but alas, they insisted on knocking. August 31, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Second Class Customer I booked this room on a travel website at low price. When I reached the hotel I was told the room I rented did not really have two beds. It had a sofa and a bed. I had told the staff that the information I had said two beds. It was called a handicap room. with two beds. I asked for any other room with 2 beds and said that was the only room available for me. As I was finishing with the person at the desk a customer came off of the street and purchased a room with two beds. I asked about that room. I was told he paid more money and the only room I could have is the original room. I am completely turned off by this organization. Holiday Express can keep all of their rooms. I am not going back. I was in retail businesses all my life and would not handle this in such a way. August 21, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Simply Poor Service Definately not the "Holiday Inn Express" I'm use to.... I was not greeted as an IHG Member or even asked if was an "IHG Member". I was not given the original rate I reserved my room for and when I inquired about the difference in rates, I was informed that "Holiday Inn/Express" does not have "Military/Government" rates....Well there's a shocker....since when??....Anyway, I can assure you that will NEVER choose this particular location again and I would be less that friend if I didn't inform my fellow soldiers of how poor the service was at this hotel. Keep in mind that this does not "stain" my overall perception of Holiday Inn as a whole but I sincerely hope that someone addresses this issue at this location. August 14, 2014
