Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Simply Poor Service Definately not the "Holiday Inn Express" I'm use to.... I was not greeted as an IHG Member or even asked if was an "IHG Member". I was not given the original rate I reserved my room for and when I inquired about the difference in rates, I was informed that "Holiday Inn/Express" does not have "Military/Government" rates....Well there's a shocker....since when??....Anyway, I can assure you that will NEVER choose this particular location again and I would be less that friend if I didn't inform my fellow soldiers of how poor the service was at this hotel. Keep in mind that this does not "stain" my overall perception of Holiday Inn as a whole but I sincerely hope that someone addresses this issue at this location. August 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by friendly helpful staff, good food We were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner, manager, and desk personnel all of whom made us feel like friends. We had to change rooms because of a low performing air conditioning unit and that was done quickly and efficiently. The variety of breakfast offerings was impressive, and the staff supervising the food area were helpful and friendly. August 13, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NEVER AGAIN Will never stay here again or another holiday inn express if they are anything like this place. The smell of the entire hotel was miserable but the room required us to go buy spray for it because it smelled so bad. My first sight when I went to use the bathroom was long private ( wanted to use a diff word but it would not let me) hairs on the toliet. NASTY. The toilet was broken ran 24-7 and put nasty black stuff in the toilet when you flushed. The bed was not comfortable at all. The breakfast looked like microwaved junk. The people at the front desk when we checked im could not even figure out how to check man out early. wish we would have ask why he was checking out early. We waited 15 minutes for the 2 old ladies to figure it out and they finally told the man they would mail his receipt. You ask why we did not leave??? BC everything in Hope was booked. Thats why. Never again. Oh and the pool was So gross I would not let my dog swim in that mess. August 13, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Older Property / Not HIE quality This property seems to be an older property that was not originally an HIE. The room we stayed in on the second floor apparently was once a smoking allowed room. They tried to mask the odor with heavy odor absorbent. The result was a stench. The beds were older and not what I would expect at HIE. The room was reasonably clean, but outdated and worn. We arrived late in the night and were just staying long enough to get a few hours sleep. Otherwise I probably would have looked for another hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We stay almost exclusively at HIE when we travel and this one is just not up to the quality we expect at HIE. August 13, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor air conditioning. This property is in need of updates. Drab hallways and obvious age related deterioration overall. The humidity was high in the three rooms we rented due to poor performing air conditioners. The problem had apparently been ongoing because there were "damp rid" products in each room. August 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing We needed a room for a recent road trip in the Eastern Arkansas area, and we choose the Hope location by chance. Very good experience from check in to check out. Everybody were very pleasant and nice. One of the nicest HIE we have tried. We would choose this location again, if we were in the area. July 21, 2014
