Additional kudos to all staff: front staff was great and it was great to hear/see housekeeping also greeting ("Good Evening/Good Morning"). Sleep at night was peaceful and quiet. The under-window AC/heater system is the quietest; normally we hear these systems cycling (on/off) but this is the rare night we did not. December 4, 2014

As far as breakfast is concerned, big chains like Holiday Inn should be aware that there are many people with food issues such as gluten and there should be a greater effort to have healthy options for breakfast.
