Everything was great room was very good. Wife happy she could smoke. Beds were very comfee . Would stay again. I was received by staff as a platinum member and treated as such. Thanks to all made stay good.

OK,, we have stayed here before-- probably why we were back again! Why go someplace else-- this Holiday Inn is Clean , Hospitable and a great value.
The staff is friendly and helpful -- without being phony-- they are there to help you and you feel comfortable asking for an extra towel -- or a wake-up call. From the Front Desk to the cleaner to the Breakfast Room - they are the most friendly people we have found-- Are other Holiday Inns like this ??? I would hope so - but maybe this is Small Town Hospitality -- if so it is a reason to return again and again -- I hope they never change!

By the way I have a work colleague who stays in East Syracuse at a Holiday Inn and he has recounted the same experience-- Good for you- Holiday Inn Express!

The heater when turned on was to loud causing us to stay awake. We finally had to turn it off to get any sleep.

Loud noises coming from the pipes whenever next room's guests shower or flush the toilets.

Uncomfortable mattress. If the next rooms' guests flush the toilets or take showers, woke up me up the middle of the night.

Somewhat noisy since the place is very close to the highway. Desperately needs AC/heating unit upgrade. Very old and loud.

There was a cold front while I was in town. For some reasons, the heat did not work. Wrapped myself in my jacket the entire night.

While my daughter attended Elmira College, this was the only hotel I stayed at for the entire 4 years. Being a priority club member, I could book ahead of time, and have never been disappointed. I am recognized upon arrival, and the room is always clean and comfortable. Also, I like that the location is close to the malls, and that Friendly's is right across the street:} The breakfast buffet also provides a nice selection of food. You won't be disappointed.
