Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service When my husband and I arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly and professionally greeted. When we asked how we could get to a certain restaurant we were told that the hotel shuttle could take us to the restaurant and pick us up when we were finished. After traveling all day we were very tired and this just made going out that much easier. The only problem we incurred was that we had to wait for about 45 minuets to be picked up at the airport by the shuttle but when we arrived the staff was so pleasant that it helped us to forget that. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Neat and Tidy Great staying there. The only item I ranked poorly was the shuttle and that was only because it did not go very far. We wanted to go to a shopping centre that was 15 minutes away and that was too far for the shuttle to take us. It cost us $35 each way to get to the Woodlands Mall. Staff and value was very good. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and service Upon entering the Holiday Inn Express, the entry way was very clean and well decorated. The front desk service checking in and out was very speedy and the reception person was very accomodating. Had a problem with getting the tv in our room on, and within minutes after calling the desk, someone was at the door and had the tv working in a second. Shuttle service was excellant. Shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. Looking forward to our return next year. March 19, 2015
