We visit this facility nearly every month and have always had a positive experience. All the staff have been friendly and very willing to supply whatever needs that we request. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendliest Hotel In Texas I stay in hotels 200 nights a year so I really appreciate when it is done right.. This Holiday Inn Express is my favorite. The rooms are always right, the check in is always fast and the breakfast is alway on time and hot. It's right across the street from 24 Hour Fitness which is important to knock back all those restaurant meals. If I have to work away from home, this is where I want to stay. January 24, 2013

Helpful staff, but was VERY upset to have shuttle service to a wedding reception canceled at the last minute. We had confirmation for MONTHS!! Cost us a lot of $ on cab fare. December 16, 2012

However, I found "downs" in the room smell and no one was at the front desk to greet us when we arrived. The rooms' smell was bearable but not fresh and clean. Granted the sheets and everything was clean but the smell was irritating. October 20, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place, but.... Made an on-line reservation and requested a top floor room to avoid up-stairs walking noise. When we arrived we were placed in a first floor room, which, of course, was directly under someone who was jumping and running up and down the hall way after 11 PM. When I reported the issue, the manager moved us to the third floor, but the room was on the side of the hotel facing and immediately above a patio bar with loud music. Although the property is clean and in very good condition and the manager was very apologetic and responsive, I would recommend making a reservation for a stay at this property only by phone directly with the hotel and only accept a room on the top floor on the hotel parking lot side.
