Our only regret is that we could only stay one night. Everything about our stay was top drawer. We have put Holiday Inn Express at the top of our hotel/motel list.

Our ac went out just as the temperature is going up outside. We are priority club members and we know there is a Holiday Inn Express close so we made a two day reservation. We have stayed at this location before. We were there at noon because I could not wait it out at home. At first, the attendant was reluctant to help. When I told my husband to go back to work and I would wait it out in the lobby, amazingly there was a room ready. The time we stayed there before they gave us a welcome bag because we were pc members, but not this time. The room was great except for the tv. Unfortunately, the NBA finals were on tv during this time. The low def tv in the room had my husband wanting to go back home to watch the game. So for the second half we went back to our warm house to watch the game. We made several trips in and out and still no one ever offered us the pc welcome gift. :(

Check-in and out was perfect fast and easy.
Breakfast with only plastic cutlery and disposables may be the local habit or culture, however does not meet the environmental and sustainability requirements of the 21st century and seems not in-line with your company policies.
For my next stay I will try one of your competitors to see the difference.

This hotel was a great value. The property was newer and more modern, but still was cozy. It felt like a boutique hotel. We would definitely recommend!

I stay here every time I go to my corporate office in Houston and every time has been great! Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and professional.

I came for a long weekend while my husband was on a work trip. Everything was wonderful from the comfort of the room (the bed and pillows are VERY comfortable), the breakfast, the pool, the small but adequate gym but the staff are what stood out the most. As I stated, I was visiting while my husband was working and I had a lot of free time at the hotel. I spent some of that free time chatting with the staff who were very friendly and informative. Janet in particular was a real pleasure to meet. Whoever is in charge of the staff, do what you need to to keep them happy!

Upon arrival I was greeted by Jorel (Front Desk Clerk). He was very courteous and helpful. He checked on us after we arrived in the room to make sure everything with the room was good. The room was beautiful and very clean. I was staying at this hotel, because I had to take my NCLEX state boards that Friday. The hotel was quiet and I was able to get a full nights rest. My overall experience here was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others staying in this area! The staff was great as well, Thank you Jorel for all of your help!!
