The hotel itself is very nice. The people are very nice. The pricing structure is insulting to frequent travelers. I was given a price when I made the reservation, and when I arrived I was given a different rate for each day of my stay. We were able to come to some agreement, but before I make another reservation at this property I would have to have the rate in writing and additional negotiation would have to take place which is a burden.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was exceptional. The room was posh and had the same ammedities of other high end hotels. The hotel is right across the street where my son resides. This will be the place I recommend to family members and myself who come for a visit to Houston. Very quiet area. Hotel staff are polite and helpful at all times! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!!!!

Excellent place to stay! 3rd time I have used this location for guests coming from out of town. Rooms clean and nice.....beautiful and spacious! Hotel staff very friendly.
Will use this location again.

I thought the hotel was very clean. Breakfest was ok, but I don't eat breakfest so the coffe was good. Everyone was very nice.

I woke with cock roach crawling all over me along with Kant this was disturbing. The management failed by not handling this issue promptly. I am a platinum member but because of this awful,experience I am changing brand. I do not recommend this hotel location for anyone.

Check in was slow and there were a number of problems with people being assigned rooms which were already occupied. The room I entered had a person already there - fortunately they were out of the room when I opened the door. Security would be a great issue - it would have been easy for a thief to just walk out with everything in that room
Only one person was available at the service/check-in desk, although other employees and manager were in the office. Employee at the desk was courteous and helpful, but frustrated because of the inaccurate information concerning room availablity.
Breakfast was good, and service was friendly.
