Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by First and Last stay! There were fruit flies all around the breakfast area trash cans and inside the bread holder. As an employee was pulling the trash bag you could see a very dirty interior trash can with liquid and old trash...hence the fruit flies. I suggested he clean the cans and the flies would not exist. My first and last stay here. June 4, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My First Bad Experience I am a priority rewards customer and when I checked out, my ticket said one price andwhen I checked my bank account there was an additional charge. I called and spoke with several people who told me that the manager would call me back and he/she never did. after a couple of days, I finally did get the manager who informed me that she would check into it and return my call and she still has not. I have never had anything come up missing in any hotel visited, this is a first . What was in the room when we arrived was there when we left. I am hoping that this issue is resolved soon...but guess what ...THE MANAGER HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK... this was the worst stay I have ever had...only because I was labled as a thief. Incidentials is what I was told, taking 3 towels and a Pillow. $30.00 May 24, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AC out After a long day in the field, all u want to do is relax in the room, turning on the AC just to wake up a few hours later to find out it wasn't working....I was to tired to try to fix it. That next morning, after turning down the ac to 59, it kicked on. To only cool the room down a few degrees. Going to bed I realized it was the fan that turned on not the AC. The note on thermostat said to read the direction in the notebook that is ever room....there wasn't any instructions. I told the front desk person during check out.....all he said was sorry!! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs IT and maintance help. Very slow WiFi and nonfunctioning (not maintained) business center. Business center was out of paper with locked up computers. After two rebooting attemps, I had to give up due to time. As a valued priority club member I was given a 1/2 pint of warm water, thanks so much. Staff was friendly. Property is showing some wear and tear. April 9, 2013
