Mr Patel was very accommodating. We needed a pull out couch but the suites were sold out. He reserved a corner room which allowed us plenty of room for a roll away bed.
The free breakfast was very nice as well.

Hotel was well kept and staff very courteous and helpful -- especially the lady in the breakfast area.
Would have been nice to know that there was construction going on at the hotel, My room (415) was very close to the construction area so quite a bit of noise during the day.

My overall experience was good. The breakfast is awesome. The only reason way I would not recommended this hotel is because I booked the hotel online for three nights and I only needed to stay two because work sent me home a day early. They would not refund my money for the third night even though I told them at 7:30 a.m. the morning I was leaving. I know the online booking clearly states no refunds but I feel like they can make some exceptions sometimes. It is not like I did not stay at the hotel at all and wanted my money back. I stayed two nights and did not need to stay the third night.

I enjoyed the courteous staff who greeted me at the front door. I had previously stayed at a competitor hotel for three days that resulted in problems from the service personnel at the front desk to the beds to the door locks and maintenance service. I was completely surprised at how friendly and courteous the staff was to our needs. We even got a full breakfast bar complete with eggs sausage and bacon. Recommend? Yes sir-ee bob. I will stay here again!

Room was cleaned regularly during the day, comfortable beds, cozy room. Breakfast was nice, decent selection. Overall good experience for the price.

I stay at Holiday Inn's 200+ days a year. I paid extra for a 2 room king suite. Not worth the extra money at all! I didn't have a do not disturb sign in my room and the front desk didn't have any. They said when they found one it would be hung on the outside handle for me. I got back in the evening and the sign was inside and housekeeping had been in my room. I didn't want people in my room for a reason! I won't be back...

I recently stayed at The Holiday Inn Express for a conference in Houston. The staff was so friendly! Upon my arrival, a very kind lady named Yvette helped me find restaurants nearby for dinner and even gave me a bag of chips and cookies to snack on that night. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to help me find my way around an unfamiliar city. Best customer service I have seen in a while.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The complementary breakfast was somewhat limited choice wise, but still good. There was bacon, sausage, biscuits, cereal, fresh fruit, pancakes, orange juice, apple juice, and milk. I ate some bacon, fruit, and OJ and it was pretty good :)
Parking was easy and I only had to take 10 steps from my car to front door entrance of the hotel. The hotel was also really easy to get to as it is right off of the freeway.
If I ever need to go to Houston again for business, I will definitely be staying here again.

I booked this hotel because I had a meeting at the Holiday Hobby Airport they said they were the one. When I arrived, I found there were two and this was the Express. The management refused to allow me to cancel and re-book at the full service Holiday Inn where my meetings were at. I am gold member (almost platinum) and have never been treated this poorly at any other IHG Hotel. They definitely made my list of NEVER stay at again. Also I transferred after the one night and discovered from other guests that they had been treated the same way by this hotel.
