After a long drive, I wanted quiet and a cool drink -- and could not get neither at this property. Upon check-in, I was told that NONE of the ice machines worked except the one on the 1st floor, where I was NOT located. Then, I found out that the air-conditioning / heating unit cycled on and off with SUCH a loud noise, that I was awakened more than once that night. The floor carpeting in the halls really looked like it needed to be refurnished. The A.M. breakfast was fine, but my overall experience was not positive.

Shower floor was to used, bathroom walls in bad shape, toilet was throwing water all time.

Lets see, where to start...Arrived at hotel after rough trip from east coast. This hotel does NOT recognize IHG members. Was given key to the king suite which I had purchased through IHG website. Upon opening the door I found the room was already occupied. Returned to the counter to ask for an unoccupied room. Went to new room which was a double queen, I had purchased a king suite. Returned to front desk to inquire about the discrepency and was told, "you're lucky you're even getting that, what with the construction and all". I asked to speak to the manager. Abraham magically found me the king suite which i had previously purchased. When I explained the difficulties that i was having with his hotel, he apologized and promised that I would be credited with 5,000 points for the poor service. I have yet to see those points. Exhausted I fell asleep on the bed. Awoke in the morning looking forward to a nice hot shower. NO HOT WATER!!!! Are you kidding me??? Side note, this hotel smells like a mildew factory. Last item, cigarette burns in the shower.

THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE. THE BREAKFAST LADY IS SOOOO NICE. SHE COOKS A VERY GOOD BREAKFAST. YOU NEED TO COME JUST TO MEET HER. ALSO THE ROOM WAS GREAT. I RECOMEND THIS HOTEL

Mr Patel was very accommodating. We needed a pull out couch but the suites were sold out. He reserved a corner room which allowed us plenty of room for a roll away bed.
The free breakfast was very nice as well.

Hotel was well kept and staff very courteous and helpful -- especially the lady in the breakfast area.
Would have been nice to know that there was construction going on at the hotel, My room (415) was very close to the construction area so quite a bit of noise during the day.

My overall experience was good. The breakfast is awesome. The only reason way I would not recommended this hotel is because I booked the hotel online for three nights and I only needed to stay two because work sent me home a day early. They would not refund my money for the third night even though I told them at 7:30 a.m. the morning I was leaving. I know the online booking clearly states no refunds but I feel like they can make some exceptions sometimes. It is not like I did not stay at the hotel at all and wanted my money back. I stayed two nights and did not need to stay the third night.

I enjoyed the courteous staff who greeted me at the front door. I had previously stayed at a competitor hotel for three days that resulted in problems from the service personnel at the front desk to the beds to the door locks and maintenance service. I was completely surprised at how friendly and courteous the staff was to our needs. We even got a full breakfast bar complete with eggs sausage and bacon. Recommend? Yes sir-ee bob. I will stay here again!
