Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best hotel I am a fan of IHG hotels and have written other reviews. This is by far my worst IHG hotel stay ever. The room was not clean. The bathroom was in bad shape. I would only stay at this hotel if there are no other rooms in the area. The price was high for the quality of room. December 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient This property is very convenient to the Houston Medical District. There are multiple fast food or sit down restaurants within a few minutes as well. Medical treatment is not always predictable and we needed a full week instead of the two days I had originally booked. The staff was extremely helpful in finding availability so that we did not have to change hotel locations. We did have to change rooms a few times, but overall they were very accommodating. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was good. Bathroom needed some upating Staff was very friendly and tried to help. Got a good price due to staying for medical purposes. Bathroom had some issues-porcelain in tub gone around drain with bare metal showing, crack in tiles, wall paper peeling underneath mirror. Wifi not working well in room-desk clerk tried to help. TV remote not working well. Staff gave us another one but it had same results. Staff came to room to try to resolve the problem but had the same problems. December 15, 2014

The Outdated carpet looked dirty and sofa sleeper was dirty with a smell and this was a deluxe suite..I will never plan to stay there if an update is not done.. I find all the holiday inn expresses that are privately owned are never up to standard! December 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good night sleep Highly recommend this location. 2nd stay due to the convenience to medical center. I feel it is over priced, but that is my opinion. When people stay that are receiving medical treatment paying for a room shouldn't not be a huge financial burden as well as what they are dealing with. The rooms are nice and large, the beds are so comfortable! Very clean and staff is very friendly. Wish the shuttle would start running at 6 am to help with getting patients to early appointments. Over all great place to spend the night. December 5, 2014
