I have been in the Holiday Inn for 2 weeks, the localization is very good, however the bathroom is not so good, as well as the breakfast. The clean services is fair.

the hotel was fine, nothing wrong, I would say average. The breakfast area had only 5 or 6 table. In a 4 day stay all tables were taken when I arrived for breakfast each day. Get rid of the couches and put some tables in for the breakfast area. Oh and the front desk staff upon my check in had the personallity of stumps. A little more customer friendly training might be needed.

It's not one of the best Holiday Inn Express' I have stayed at, but also not the worst. The fitness center could definitely do with some updates and breakfast was fair. The room was clean and comfortable.

I am traveling to Houston quite frequently and have been staying at this hotel because it is across the highway from my employer Shell and provides good value. It is located across the highway from Shell so the shuttle service is very important. Other competing hotels are on the same side of highway as Shell. The staff are friendly but I do have some concerns. I have found the shuttle service unreliable. It is stated the shuttle starts at 7 AM and I have used it many times and it never begins on time which creates problems for me making meetings on time at Shell. I used it once in late November to pick me up and I waited at least 30 minutes for pick-up. I may have to consider renting a vehicle more often or switching hotel on future visits because of this situation. On my most recent visits, I discovered that though I provided my Piroirty number to the hotel in July, they had dropped the number from their system and therefore some recent stays had not been properly recorded. I rectified that situation by calling Priority Customer Service on Dec. 16th. I am not sure who is at fault for this error but I shouldn't have to keep adivsing the same hotel I have a Priority number.

The room was dirty, heater/air not working. There was smell in hallway for two days.
This is not a well managed property.

The desk staff and service people were great very professional and helpful! Room was VERY small and crowded for two people, over crowded with furniture. Cost was highest I have ever paid for a Holiday Inn Express!!!

This is one of my favorite places to stay when I have business in this part of Houston. The staff have always treated me well and rooms are excellent. If I have any problems, they solve them quickly for me. Being a Priority Club Platinum member, they never failed to upgrade me. Always enjoy coming to this hotel.

Pretty room, even though the wardrobe is super large and takes up a lot of room leaving little room to walk at the foot of the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. No padding, and felt like springs. The air conditioner didn't cool well during the day, and blew straight up into the curtains. Because of that, the curtains could not be closed at night.

I was hoping to be able to stay in one location, but was asked to leave 1 day, while having to return the next night because other arrangements couldn't be met. I initial contact with the national phone number was not pleasant and the operator didnt seem to be able to understand much of what I was trying to communicate.
Several breakfast choices were "empty" while several had to wait around. The kitchen worker didn't seem to be able to notice things that needed to be done, then do them. Clueless about what needed to be done...

I have stayed at this location for eleven weeks on business. It is a great location with several restaurants close enough to walk. It is very quite and relaxing in the evenings. I highly recommend it.

Located directly off of the Katy Freeway just west of the Beltway in Houston made this hotel perfect for us. It had easy access to the freeways, close to City Centre and Memorial mall for shopping with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms were very clean and we loved that the had smoking and nonsmoking rooms available. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. We couldn't even hear the traffic from the major freeway out front. :)
