Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Humid The room was humid despite the air conditioning blasting away, had to take it down to 65 degrees and sleep with a sweatshirt on so as to not freeze. The printer was out of toner in the morning. I pointed it out to the attendant. The printer was still out of toner the next morning. At least that morning's attendant offered to have me print my boarding pass to the printer behind the desk. I've about had it with Holiday Inn. (name of competing hotel deleted by order of IHG) seems a classier outfit. April 30, 2015

I was the 3rd guest to encounter this problem during the short time that I was in line waiting for my turn to check in the hotel. the second room that was provided by the front desk staff had the worst mattress I can remember sleeping in. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by What Happened To This Holiday Inn?? No recognition for Gold Status. OLD facility; overdue refurb. Air Conditioner quit at 1030 PM. Refrig quit and deep freeze defrosted out onto the carpet. No signature foot blankets on the beds. The room and bathroom are in severe need of overhaul. BREAKFAST: Where do I start! NO fruit at all; NO eggs; NO breakfast meat; only bisquicks and gravey. The yogurt/milk refrig was empty. NO Holiday Inn Signature Cinnamon Rolls. The breakfast lady said they only put out the Cinnamon Rolls on weekdays. I heard several negative comments from other hotel quests at breakfast over 2 mornings. This was the worst Holiday Inn we stayed at on our 8 day run. This Holiday Inn is now off our travel list. Holiday Inn Quality Control should visit this facility ASAP. April 9, 2015
