My only issue with IHG today is that their customer service phone line seems to be fraught with people who lack sufficient training to answer basic questions regarding their promotional offers. Many do not speak English well and did not appear to "care" - even those who work in the customer care department! This does not compute! I am not a very happy IHG rewards member at this moment. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great start to our vacation This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this property the night before a flight out of Intercontinental Airport. Everything was perfect. The room was great, the staff went out of their way to help me print boarding passes, and the breakfast was ready in time for us to eat before leaving for the airport. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent! Nothing really to review.... everything was perfect!! From check-in to check-out everything went smooth. The room was nice and clean. Couldn't ask for anything better. May be one of the best IHG hotels I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was great too. Most important, the free upgrade to a suite with a whirlpool bath and walk in shower! A must stay if you want to stay right outside of Houston. I'll visit again if I'm in the area. November 8, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Musty Room smell The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. The room was horrible. It had a musty or moldy smell to the room. Their was mold in the grouting around the tub. It felt unclean. November 2, 2014
