I have almost everything I need, complimentary water bottles, wifi and cookies. I think that if there was an electric kettle to boil water, it would be better, as I personally do not drink coffee and it took a long time to boil the water with the coffee maker.. In addition, I could hear the noise from above floors, of footsteps and also noise of the shower and flushing. Overall, my experience was still excellent. November 17, 2014

If I had not had a hot spot with me I would have to asked to switch hotels? I could not conduct my business on the available Internet ! No complaints otherwise. November 15, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Incompetence at the front desk Front desk caused a huge accounting nightmare due to their inability to understand clearly what their guests are saying and needing. This hotel charged the rooms of 6 guests to my credit card without notifying me. They were only to hold the rooms until the guests could pay for their own room upon checkout. Over $1200 charged on my card which lead to other issues such as tying these funds up for another month until I can get reimbursed for them. They could not fix it or provide the correct statements/receipts when I called them. Awaiting a callback from the front desk manager. Hopefully he/she will be able to resolve the issue fairly.
