el hotel fue seleccionado por la distancia a los sitios que visitaría pero a pesar de no tener referencias, cubrió todas mis expectativas. Solo considero que hace falta servicio en la cena o al menos maquinas expendedoras de jugos, snack y sandwich porque en las noches no hay sitios cercanos para comer sino hasta muy temprano

I made my reservation with points for the first night and my next night on military rate. When I arrived they had messed up the date and had my reservation on the 10th rather than the 9th. It took over an hour and a half to get that straightened out and their attitude was as if they did not care that I was cold tired and been driving for over 4 hours. . The room was freezing cold and the heater would not work properly it was either to cold or to hot no regulation for tem at all.
The next day I was at my event all day came back to my door being locked out. I had to go back down to the front desk and they told me that it was locked due to my having two different reservation, one with points and one without points. It took them an additional 30 min to check me in for the second time. At no time did they tell me that I would have to check in a second time. I was frustrated that I could not just go up to my room and relax. Their attitude at the front desk was like they did not care that it was an imposition to me.
The Room was clean, but the front desk staff needs to be reeducated on how to serve customers. This is not what I have come to expect from Holiday Inn. I am very disappointed.
