Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water I informed the services desk there was no hot water. The "manager on duty" stated he would send maintenance AFTER WE LEFT and there was nothing he could do. I was told there were no other complaints from other guests and it must have been something I had done. The staff seemed uninterested and not very informed. I often stay at hotels for work so I'm sure I will not send colleagues to this location. December 14, 2014

Was not recognized as a IHG Rewards Club Member at check in, even though I told them I was a member when I made advance reservations. Property smelled like cleaning solutions, not only in the lobby area, but also in our room. December 12, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely unpleasant, noisy, I only slept 3 hours Stayed here 12/01/14 using my annual free nite, they put me in a room the other side of the wall is elevator. It's so noisy, in the beginning I tried to ignore it, but at 12 midnight, I finally called the front desk, and decided to pack my luggage, the front desk staff relocated me to another room one floor down. I waked up 4 AM by the same noise!! Believe it or not! Either this whole hotel has the same noise no matter which room you stay or the staff was playing some kind of game with me, I don't know and I don't care, I have had enough for one night. It's a shame, the annual free night reward is supposed to be a pleasant experience to encourage customer loyalty, end up it's a nightmare to me. December 4, 2014
