Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, excellent room. Stayed in Houston for business for two weeks. Tried some other hotel but had to move because of the location so we called Holiday Inn Express W. Oaks and they set us up with really nice suites for a great price. Loved the rooms - the bed was a very comfortable king, the living area was perfect. Couch, chairs and kitchenette were great! My room even had a desk with a leather chair that allowed me to do work in a quiet, comfortable setting. The W. Oaks staff is excellent - front desk, housekeeping were professional and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is in the perfect location for everything you will need - restaurants, gas, and shopping are within a few blocks. Loved staying at the Holiday Inn Express W. Oaks and would happily stay there in the future when I go back to the Houston area. April 21, 2015

Tiffany really went out of her way to accommodate me as my schedule and reservations kept changing during a hectic week. Thanks Tiffany! The entire staff merit acknowledgment as they are always gracious and pleasant. Monica was especially helpful on my last trip, thanks Monica! The internet speed could be faster and breakfast could be better, but I don't think I would stay elsewhere in Houston. This is my Houston home. April 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, good value Front desk and housekeeping were great. Very helpful. Good visit, except for the homeless woman who spend the night in the stairwell. I normally use the stairs. Imagine my surprise (read shock) when decending the stairs and coming upon the woman sleeping between floors. I stayed silent, reversed my decent, and didn't try the steps again. Suggestion: A bit more variety for breakfast would be appreciated. March 26, 2015
