Internet was even working at this hotel (I travel a lot and it's rare that you get 4 bars for internet service). Very happy that I have choice this location and would come back again. May 6, 2013

I felt very safe, the rooms were nice, & the breakfast cinnamon rolls were wonderful! The staff was very nice & my room was clean & neat each day when I came back. I plan to stay here routinely when I work in Houston. April 28, 2013

The room was top-notch and the bed, which is my barometer of satisfaction when traveling, was extremely comforting. I'll definitely will be staying here again should the need arise! April 26, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Would pass in the future After coming from a great Holiday Inn the night before this hotel really lacked. Late night staff was not very friendly and no added welcome for being a priority member. Stayed two nights and both days breakfast bar ran out of hot water and staff had to be located to fill. Normally there is always someone taking care of this area. Garbage cans were over flowing both in the breakfast area and outside. Room was average. I do have to say that Juliette, front desk mornings, was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, I'll skip this hotel on future business trips even though it's location was good for my travels. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just OK Booked here because of cost, proximity to Galleria area, and Priority Club membership. Neighborhood is sketchy, but general location is not too bad. Rooms need updating, more electrical outlets (can't plug in phone next to bed without unplugging clock or lamp) and hot water was never hot enough. Towels in bathroom have lost their plush, time to replace. Nicest thing about this location was the friendly staff, and that's the only reason I'd stay at this location again. March 5, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The holel could use some upgrades I have never had any issues while lodging at Holiday Inn Hotels but one this occasion, l experienced repeated issues with getting into my room - it seems the magnetic key lock was not working properly. During my stay I had to get the staff to come up to the room with me a number of times to open the door. Finally someone figured out that it wasn't the magnetic cards that were not working but rather the door lock itself was acting up. I had to wait until the evening of my second night at the hotel to have someone come and fix it. On the morning of my checkout day the magnetic key was not working again. I wish I would have been given another room instead of having to deal with this issue during the whole time I stayed at the hotel - it got really annoying. Juan February 27, 2013
