it was a great service and comfortable. Hotel staff, front desk, kitchen and house keeping are good and helping to guest.

Went to Houston for my daughters beach volleyball tournament and checked right in to a friendly person at the front desk. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. No rpoblems whatsoever. Will stay there again when I am in Houston.

I was very pleased with my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Houston. The rooms are nice, the service is great, & the breakfast was very good. I was thrilled to see that the rooms now have refrigerators, also. That was the only thing lacking at my last stay. Thank you for the great service!

My granddaughter and I enjoyed the comfy, well arranged room which was quite handy. The room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom with the exception of near the ceiling of the shower which could use a tall person to get the small bit of black off. I loved the creative way the washcloth was tucked into the mat over the tub--a special touch. Thank you for a relaxing respite on a busy graduation weekend.

very comfortable bed!! poor hostess in the breakfast bar had her hands full trying to keep up with the coffee, she could use some help when the breakfast area gets busy, she did great!!!

Staff was very friendly, well greeted, goes out of the way to meet your standards and put's a smile in your face.. Very knowledgeable of the area of Houston. Internet was even working at this hotel (I travel a lot and it's rare that you get 4 bars for internet service). Very happy that I have choice this location and would come back again.

I stay in a lot of different hotels with my job. This was the first time to stay in this Houston Hotel, & I was very pleased. I felt very safe, the rooms were nice, & the breakfast cinnamon rolls were wonderful! The staff was very nice & my room was clean & neat each day when I came back. I plan to stay here routinely when I work in Houston.

This property is a virtual oasis tucked away within eyesight of a major intersection. The room was top-notch and the bed, which is my barometer of satisfaction when traveling, was extremely comforting. I'll definitely will be staying here again should the need arise!
