Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Holiday Inn experience ever This was the worst Overnight experience I have ever had at a Holiday Inn and I have stayed at many being a Platinum member. the night started with being given room 108. I took all me belongings to the room and the room key would not work so I walked back to the front was given another card, went back and it did not work. The lady working the front desk went to the room with me and it still did not work. at that point I was put in room 116. The bathtub was dirty, the bed had salt or sand between the sheets and it took the AC a couple of hours to cool down. I called the front desk and ask for a 6 am wake up call. I ended up getting a wake up call at 1 am then again at 3 am but never received the 6 am call. Needless to say I did not get much sleep. I told the desk clerk when I left but she didn't care. I will never stay at this Location again. I can understand 1 thing going bad but not so many. Also was not recognized as a Platinum member. June 19, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Confortable bed 1. the exercise room needs work. The only thing that worked in there was 1 treadmill. 2. Bugs were in our room. 3. I feel the Holiday Inn Express is getting too pricey. We stayed 6 nights. The prices fluctuated too much. 4. Ashley at the front desk was very nice and helpful. June 14, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not satisfied Since I am handicapped, I asked for a room by the elevator - I even called around 2:00 PM that day to make sure I had it and was told I did. Whenever I got there, I did NOT have that location. The girl working at the Front Desk was extremely accommodating and got one for me even though I had to wait about 30 minutes to get it and it was midnight whenever I arrived and had told them that would be about the time I got there. I did not sleep well because everyone on that floor must have known each other and spent most of the rest of the night yelling at each other from room to room and down the hallway and going back and forth all night long. Around 9:00 AM, I called and asked if I could have a later check out so I could try to get some rest. The man was not friendly and said I could stay until 1:00 PM, but after that, he would have to charge me. Well, things started getting loud again, so I left before noon. As a result of not getting enough sleep, I almost fell asleep driving home! As far as the breakfast, the bagel was very dry and there really were not many choices to choose from. The other hotels have a lot more to choose from. Also, the elevator carpet was dirty when I arrived and even worse whenever I left. It did not look like it had been vacuumed in a while. June 11, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and Service was amazing. Mercedes and Ashley have amazed my family and myself with all of their great customer service. They did everything they could to make us feel like we were at home. Mercedes made sure that we received a great deal with our hotel rooms and fthat all amenities were available to us. They did such a great job of remembering us, greeting us, and treating us like we were part of the Holiday Inn family. We will definetly remember our stay and everytime we drive down to Houston we will stay at the Holiday Inn. I have spread the word of how impressive our stay was, that friends and family will soon book a hotel room with Holiday Inn. Once again thank you Mercedes, Ashley, and Holiday Inn for a great experience. May 29, 2015
