Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Some maintenance needed but nice hotel Well, very nice hotel from the outside and in the lobby. Front desk had considerable trouble getting the key to code. Phone calls made to someone at their home to get keys made and get password to make keys. Room nice but TV would not work, tried to call front desk and the front desk key was defective on the phone. It was midnight so I left it alone. Next morning, still no tv. Had to call front desk from cellphone. Door latch would not retract deadbolt so had difficulty in closing door. Told them at front desk when I walked up to desk about the issues. Within 5 minutes service came to the room, "I called about these problems yesterday" "they didnt come and fiix them" so they knew that the room was defective and gave it out anyway. With some resistance and some persistance on my part, I was given my points back that I used to get the room. The staff was courteous and apologetic! It was a nice hotel but someone definately dropped the ball here. They made it right! I will be back! December 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Houston HP Great Hotel. People are outstanding and can not do enough for you. Person who does the breakfast setup is above outstanding. Watchs and makes sure that nothing runs out, helps people decide what to eat and just has a great personality. This Hotel is way above average and a great place to stay. December 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LBoard This hotel was extremely friendly and hospitable. I booked three rooms for my family for a funeral. They were very accommodating and thoughtful. The Hotel lobby was just beautiful, and the staff was so caring in our time of need. I am from a Sister Hotel and I have been to many other hotels and you just do not always find this type of caring attitude. If you are in the area, this is the hotel to stay at. December 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent and convenient location at intersecton of Hiwy 6 and 290 We are not fond of driving in Houston traffic....this wonderful location was close to all our has amazingly quiet and restful atmosphere too. We were there one day short of a week and the stay could not have been nicer. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Better lighting for reading in bed was our only complaint December 3, 2014
