Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Only the front desk staff redeemed this stay This property doesn't meet the HIE experiences I've had in nearly all other locations I've stayed at. The bathroom was not clean and that pretty much kills a high recommendation from me. Adding to that all of the pillows were soft even though the cover indicated two on each bed were "firm". I simply need firm pillows to sleep well. I was directed to enter the rear door of the building as it was closest to my room but I didn't feel safe at all doing so. There are tall shrubs somewhat encircling the door that would allow someone to overtake you. Lastly, I would like to see the rooms upgraded with thermostats so the A/C doesn't have to be off or on only. July 2, 2014

Belinda, Clay, and Tuan at the front desk did everything they could to make our family gathering an excellent experience. Sue and Mansa in the breakfast room were most accomodating. The location was awesome for eating and shopping. The staff I interacted with were very helpful even with my little yorkie making noise the first night. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very pretty, friendly and clean This was our first experience with a Holiday Inn Express.I really didn't think much as to what to expect; but when we walked in I was so very pleasantly surprised to see such a beautiful front room area. The staff at front desk were so chipper. It was refreshing. Then we get to our room and find it very clean and fresh smelling. The bed and pillows was very comfortable; the room was quiet and wonderfully dark to sleep in. In the morning, we were expecting to grab a quick danish or something before we set out for the day; but, wow! was a surprise. It was indeed a hot breakfast: eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, biscuits, white gravy, juice and coffee. The food was plentiful and hot. This was truly a great experience! May 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Staff The place was very clean and attractive. The item that stood out was the front desk attendant. She was so friendly, helpful, and understanding of our situation. I came in with two tired and slightly naughty boys from lack of sleep. I didn't ask for anything, but she recognized the situation, asked if we wanted a cookie or water for the boys and then offered a larger corner room for more privacy and comfort. I was impressed and my wife was a little more sane for the next few days. Very good job April 10, 2014

Very helpful attitudes and the desire to accommodate my request. I did not spend the night but from what I experienced for the short time I was their I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers. The only thing, the lighting could be better. March 26, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by If you accidentally leave something behind, it will vanish. My stay in this hotel was good, but in my rush to check out, I accidentally left a personal item in my room. When I got home the next day and realized it was missing, I called (can't find their phone number on this site) and explained to a man that I accidentally left something in my room. He told me to call back the next day. Called back the next day, spoke with a woman, went through it all again, and she said there was nothing in that room today. "No", I explained, "I checked out 2 days ago, but have to keep calling back." She said she would ask the cleaning lady if she had found my item 2 days ago, but never called me back. Of course the cleaning lady will deny taking my item 2 days ago, or she will be accused of stealing. Guess there's no lost-and-found system here. More of a finders-keepers, losers-weepers. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very pleasant and friendly staff but the hotel needs updating. The common areas need to be cleaned. The elevator was never vacuumed during our 6 night stay. Even the elevator buttons appear to never have been cleaned. There was dirt and grime on and around every button on the elevator. In the rooms, the caulk around the tub was loose and was in desperate need of attention. December 28, 2013
